O melhor custo x beneficio que já encontrei. O apartamento é perto de tudo: praia, supermercado, feira etc. Nem precisa tirar o carro. Tudo como descrito no anuncio. Sr Jorge que é o Zelador é super atencioso e resolve qquer duvida e problema, além do proprietário dar toda a assistência também. Tudo funcionando e ventiladores ajudaram muito nesse calorão.
