The condo was clean and comfortable. We enjoyed all the kitchen amenities for cooking. The large tv was awesome for watching the super bowl. The location was conveniently located close to the lodge and ski lifts.
Good location and clean place. Only complaint is that the heat doesn’t work the best. Even though the heat doesn’t work the best, it worked well enough and wouldn’t prohibit me from staying again.

No better place to stay at Eagle Point!
Legit ski in and ski out. Put my skis on at the front porch and ski’d down to the lift. About a two minute walk to the main lodge, restaurant and bar. Very well stocked unit and VERY warm. Had to turn the heater off at night because it was so toasty…maybe some people don’t know how to operate a heater?? Would absolutely recommend.
Overall we had a great experience. The place is located just down some stairs to the ski run or a short walk to the lodge/lift which was convenient for skiing. The condo is small but we were pleasantly surprised to find a pull out bed in the bedroom which allowed all 5 of us to have our own bed. The only thing to be aware of is it took a while for the living area to heat up and we could not get the heater to work in the bedroom. Fortunately we brought a space heater and were warm after the first night. I would honestly recommend bringing 2 space heaters. We had a great trip and I would recommend this place for a small group.

Not bad
The place is located 100 yards from the lodge/restaurant. It has everything you need. Warm and comfortable. It’s not the cleanest. There were dirty dishes in the dishwasher when we checked in and candy under the bed. Still recommend for the price.

Cute but COLD
It's a cute condo that looks updated but unfortunately the bedroom baseboard heater did not work and the Vornado space heater didn't work either. The only heater that worked was the electric fireplace that took a while to heat up the livinroom.Dishes

Cute but cold
Nice looking condo, unfortunately the bedroom baseboard heater didn't work and the little Vornado space heater also didn't work. The only working heater was the fire place heater that took a very long time to heat up the living room space. If those heaters can get fixed, it'll be nice.

Hi Natalie, thank you for sharing your feedback! We're glad you found the condo nice. Our team did everything possible to assist in locating additional heaters. Maintenance has since addressed the issue, but we completely understand how chilly it can be in the area! We value your feedback and look forward to welcoming you back in the future, aiming to exceed your expectations.
This property left a lot to be desired.
We arrived after a day of skiing and two things hit me - there was a funky smell, and the unit was super cold. We cranked up the digital fireplace as high as it would go, and turned the baseboard heater in the bedroom up as high as it would go. Unfortunately the unit stayed cold (58-60 degrees) until late into the night. We were glad we all brought big heavy blankets from home because we needed them! The binder stated there was an extra space heater in the closet, but there was no such heater to be found. I reached out to the property contact at 4 pm on Friday regarding the heat, and didn’t hear back from anyone until 11:58 pm. She told me the maintenance people had already gone down the canyon and could bring us a space heater the next day, which never happened. We left the heat as high as it would go all day the next day while we were out and luckily it was nice and warm when we got back from skiing.
Cleanliness was questionable - which likely led to the funky smell. All dishes and pots / pans had to be rewashed before use. We moved the ottoman of the couch to find a glove and 🤮 It appeared it hadn’t been moved and cleaned under in several weeks. There is water damage in the entry way that could have also led to the smell. Oh, and the roof leaked water the last half of our stay. 😵💫 The listing states the unit is equipped with a washer and dryer, but that is false. Unit 5 has a washer only. Odd, and useless.
On a positive note - the fridge, oven, and microwave all warmed well.
