Fully remodeled! Valley International Country Club Condominiums. Close to the intersection of Ruben Torres and the Expressway, and walking distance to Sunrise Mall, this condo is really close to the true commercial heart in Brownsville.
It features a fully equipped kitchen with all the basics, including a dishwasher, Two Flat screen TVs and a very comfortable sofa. The Master Bedroom has a King size mattress, a private recently remodeled bathroom and a walk-in closet. Bedroom #2 features two Full size beds. Both bedrooms have LED lighted new ceiling fans with remote control.
There is washer and dryer combo conveniently located inside the unit. You can have up to two vehicles per condo, and there is no assigned parking in the complex (first come, first served)
