Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and small appliances.

PARKING:
Parking for 2 vehicles.
Parking in Breckenridge is strictly enforced. To avoid towing or a ticket adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking for more cars, paid overnight parking is provided by the Town of Breckenridge in two areas of town, 1) south of town at the Stephen West Ice Arena and 2) north of town (also accepts RVs and trailers) at the Airport Road satellite parking lot.
WARNING: 4WD or AWD vehicles required in the winter, snow and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads.

Grandview B6 is a two bedroom, 2 bath 1000 sf ski-in/ski-out condominium located on the ground floor of the Grandview "B" building. This condo sleeps 4-6 guests comfortably with a queen bed in the master bedroom, a queen bed in the second bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. There are TVs in each room to enjoy and a wood-burning fireplace in the living room. *Free Wi-Fi
Winter Highlights:
The 4 O'Clock Ski Run is just a couple of hundred feet down the street. Enjoy Breckenridge's annual Snow Sculpture contest the last week of January. Next to the Snow Sculptures is the Ice Castle, which stays open until late March. Ride through the streets of Breckenridge in a mountain sleigh, drawn by a team of Belgian or Percheron draft horses. Enjoy April's month-long festival of concerts and activities in Breckenridge.
Summer Highlights:
You're only 1/4 mile from the Peak 8 Base Ski Area, where you can enjoy a mountain biking park, alpine slide, miniature golf, and human maze in the summer. Breckenridge's Fun Park on Peak 8 features an alpine slide, two-person roller coaster, miniature golf, climbing wall, fun maze and pony rides for kids. Horse and pony rides up the mountain are also available at the Breckenridge Stables on Peak 9. Other Breckenridge activities to enjoy are the 4th of July parade, river rafting on the mellow Blue River and the National Repertory Orchestra concerts.
