This mountain condo sits in a park like setting, surrounded by a large lawn on both sides. Mountain views can be enjoyed from either deck or the private hot tub. Located in the Tahoe Keys, just a short drive to skiing and the casinos. As of June 30, 2021 this condo will only be available for 30 + night rentals. (1 side of Duplex)

Wonderful December in South Lake Tahoe

Our family of 2 adults, a 1 year old and 2 cats had a wonderful month staying here for December. The location was perfect for walking to the lake and stepping outside to immediately play in the snow. The living room and dining room furniture have been updated from the pictures. The oven didn’t work during our stay, but the management company quickly sent over large air fryer and stated they would replace it after our stay. It was a cozy cabin and we would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Great Location... Needs Upgrades

We stayed here August 2024. We had a lovely time and greatly enjoyed the Danube house. It suited all of our needs. The best part about the house is the location. The location was close to everything in South Lake Tahoe and the Tahoe Keys amenities. The duplex has great privacy from neighbors. Overall, the house was functional. The kitchen was well stocked, and we appreciated the large Smart TV in the living room. The furniture is ancient and outdated, but it was comfortable. We would love to stay in this house again IF some features were upgraded. The downsides...All of the mattresses in the house were very old and uncomfortable. Our guests were sleeping on springs and boards downstairs. The upstairs king-size mattress was also very old and uncomfortable. Like most Tahoe homes, there is no air conditioning, and the living room windows and balcony face the sun in the afternoon, so the upstairs area is sweltering in the summer. We had to purchase extra fans. The Tahoe Keys property manager graciously reimbursed us for two of them. These are the main issues in this old house. 1. The oven doesn't work, and it took 2x longer to cook all of our food. 2. Most lamp covers were broken 3. The floor heaters are broken (we stayed in the summer, so we didn't care) 4. The hot tub cover is waterlogged and challenging to remove. I recommend this place if the upgrades are made! We were told that upgrades were coming soon, so inquire before booking.
