Crafty on Hoyt is your perfect getaway for your stay in Chattanooga! Come enjoy the fresh mountain air on the front porch or kick back and relax is the cozy home that sleeps 12! While this home is outside of the main hussle and bussle of the city, you're still close to everything; Here, you're a 5 min drive to Overlook park, 10 mins to the Chattanooga Zoo and downtown attractions like the Tennessee Aquarium, Bluff View Art District, Chattanooga Lookout Stadium and of course endless shopping!

The Space:
You'll enter the home through the front door with a code that will be provided to you at check-in. The living room will welcome you into the home. Here, you'll find two sleeper sofas and a 50"Roku tv! Past the living room is the full kitchen and dining table with bench seating.

The three bedrooms and two bathrooms are found via the hallway off the kitchen. The first bedroom is the master bedroom with a king and ensuite bathroom! The second bedroom has two full beds and there is a queen bed in the last bedroom. The second shared bathroom is in the hallway.

There is a washer and dryer near the kitchen. Don't forget to checkout the open backyard with a charcoal grill and picnic table!

No matter how long you are here with us, you'll never run out of things to do in our beautiful city!

Guest Access:
The house has a digital keypad at the front door which will provide you access to the house. The code will be provided upon check-in. You will have full and private access to the home.

The Neighborhood:
This is a transitioning neighborhood. We have had some guests who say they do not like the neighborhood. We think it is great, and we love our family-friendly neighborhood and have never had any security issues or concerns., but we recognize that every guest has different life experiences. Please do not book this house if our neighborhood makes you uncomfortable. If you do decide to cancel after arriving, it will be subject to our moderate cancellation policy.

Getting Around:
This is a downtown area so parking is limited. There is room for two cars in the driveway. Uber and Lyft are readily available as well.

Other Things to Note:
To provide guests with additional sense of security, we have also installed a ring security system, along with a digital door lock. This allows for remote entry and a sense of privacy and security.

If you notify us of your intent to cancel prior to the lapse of the free cancellation period, we will return 97% of your payment. The other 3% will already have been collected by the credit card processing company, and we have no way to return that portion of the payment.

We require a signed rental agreement and for guest to be 25 years of age to book.

We are a pet friendly home. Pets must be crated when they are left unattended in the home. We do not allow pets on furniture or beds, and all waste must be cleaned up from the yard. All pets require a non-refundable per-pet fee. If there is evidence of pet hair on the furniture, excess hair in the home, stains, or waste found in the yard or home, you will be charged the cost to clean this. In the event that a security deposit is collected, we will retain all or part of the security deposit to cover any costs associated with additional cleaning due to pets.

Interaction with Guests:
We like to give our guests maximum privacy, so we offer contact-free checkin via a digital door code. Just know that we are only a phone call away if ever the need arises during your stay!
