The space

Wai~Tai private beach house is a tranquil retreat, surrounded by well established trees, in charming Torquay.
Set on 2 levels, with 88 square meters of architecturally designed decking, pergola and upstairs balcony which takes in sweeping views of bass straight and the tree tops of old Torquay. The two master bedrooms have their own en-suites with the upstairs offering a large parents retreat/rumpus room and private balcony. Downstairs living area opens out into the lush established garden as does the second master bedroom. The third living area offers comfortable lounge and TV / rumpus room. All living areas have ceiling fans and air conditioning. Ducted heating is offered throughout as well as a cosy fire for those winter evenings and post surf warm up.
All bedrooms are beautifully appointed with quality sheets and bath towels and the outdoor shower over our rustic antique claw-foot bath is the perfect place to listen to the ocean in the evening and unwind completely. Pets allowed by prior arrangement.

Guests have access to the entire property except for the garage and the small pantry in the kitchen.
