Echo Landing is a ski-in/out town home complex with easy access to the new Orient Chairlift, and situated along the 15th hole of Sun Peaks high altitude golf course. A 15 minute walk into the village centre, and a fun toboggan hill just across the road.
Enjoy quality features and furniture throughout this new mountain home. Three levels provide plenty of space for your family and friends. At the ground level is the front entry with coat storage, and a large two vehicle garage. Walk up the flight of stairs to the main floor living area with large kitchen, dining & living areas, and a convenient 2 piece powder room. The back patio has a BBQ and a private hot tub. On the upper level are the three bedrooms and laundry.
