Great spot for a getaway in OBX

Had a great family getaway in the OBX! Great house and location. Easy walk to the beach with all of our beach gear. The house was stocked well in the kitchen and with beach toys, if needed. The house was clean and the check-in/out processes as well as communication with the rental company was very smooth. Would stay here again. Thank you!

Disappointing

The house had maintenance, condition, and housekeeping issues: exposed wiring, chirping smoke alarms, lamps that didn't work, pet hair on the couch (this is supposed to be a no-pets-allowed rental), plus others which won't be listed here in the interest of brevity. The host was notified, but issues were not fixed during our stay. These things marred what should have been a likeable property. Below expectations.
