Perfect property for a single or a couple. New, well appointed, great views, located for easy access to everything. I really like that the property manager, Ben, texted me before the trip and also checked in on me halfway through my stay to see if I needed anything. Absolutely would stay there again!
This cozy and clean place was a great home base while exploring Silver City and surrounding areas. Highly recommend!

Great Getaway!
Our stay at The Roadrunner was perfect! We have family in Silver City so we didn’t spend much time here during the daytime but this place truly had all the bases covered. Not to mention it has one of the best views of nature in Silver City. We would spend each morning on the patio with our morning coffee watching the hummingbirds, quail, rabbits, deer, you name it!

Had an amazing weekend in this beautiful casita!
Super comfy and clean. The host were amazingly helpful with all my questions and navigating this cute town. Everything you need to have a comfortable and safe stay. Plus you get to enjoy and incredible night sky.
Quiet, cozy, clean, good location when coming into and out of town, price is right, easy to find, all appliances and amenities needed (except for a hot tub), good communication with management staff, wildlife right outside door (deer and quail), a must see and stay when going to Silver City.
Nice clean and comfortable spot to stay in when in Silver City.Close to main street and had all the necessary items for a relxing sojourn Owner rsached out a few times to ensure everything went well I recommend this when visiting Silver City !
Exactly as described in the listing. Very clean & well stocked. The owners are attentive & took great care of us! We loved having our coffee & cocktails on the deck!
The unit was very clean and the kitchen well equipped. The view was great, and we had deer visit us several times. Ben and Michelle communicated everything clearly, and our stay was great!
This place was perfect! The hosts were friendly and very helpful. The house was clean and had everything we needed. It’s an awesome location because it’s quiet and near a bunch of open space, but it’s four minutes from downtown Silver City. We spent a bunch of time on the porch, which has shade, a breeze, and a killer view of the hills of the Gila National Forest. Oh, and the starts at night are beautiful. I’d definitely recommend this place to friends and hopefully we’ll come back ourselves too.
My wife and I really enjoyed our stay at the Roadrunner. I was traveling to Silver City to visit my brother and his wife and this was the perfect place. Close to town but secluded. We saw a herd of javelinas cross the road right in front of the driveway. Has all the amenities for an extended stay including washer/dryer. The bed was comfortable. Great views from the deck and the night skies are amazing. Ben was a perfect and accommodating host. Definitely would stay again.
My spouse and I stayed at the roadrunner for a few nights and had a great stay. The views and the wildlife around this property are incredible. We spent each morning drinking coffee on the porch and watching deer and their fawns play and roam. The house itself had everything we needed for our stay from a washer/dryer to some seasoning in the kitchen. Thank you to the hosts for having us!
Check in was super easy, I appreciate a self check in option. Communication was very clear.Only thing that I would improve is that it is not very noise proof. The wind was blowing and you could hear a lot of rattling. Specifically the bathroom vent I believe. Was comfortable and clean!

Host was responsive to our needs
My sister and I had to clean out my mom’s trailer. This was a very convenient location. Due to only two days to do the work, Ben saw our need to check in early and offered to extend the hours the morning we were scheduled to leave. It was a big help! For anyone visiting the area it is a quiet location with a scenic view and just a short drive into town.
Came down from Albuquerque for the weekend to explore Silver City and the Gila Forest. The Roadrunner is within a mile from downtown Silver City, and a great central location to be if you plan to visit the popular tourist attractions in the area! There is also a lovely view of the sunrise (see photo) right out the front door/deck with furniture! This quant home was very clean and modern, with all the amenities one could need! The hosts, Ben and Michelle, are friendly, informative, and very inviting! I would recommend this place to anyone visiting Silver City. I hope to visit again someday! Thank you!
