Opera House Loft 04 | 1 Bed, 1 Bath

This charming loft is the perfect place get away to the mountains of Maine. Located next to the Bethel Inn and across from the Bethel Common, the loft is walking distance to all shops, cross country skiing, restaurants, Gould Academy, and the grocery store. The property is just 7.5 miles to Sunday River. Relax after a day on the slopes or on the golf course in the open kitchen, living and dining area equipped with everything you need for a weekend getaway. The loft space is not full standing height and features two twin beds. The private bedroom is located next to the upgraded bathroom with tile shower.

Condo building has thin walls where noise travels easily to other units, some that are occupied by full-time residents. Please consider this when booking and be aware of this while occupying the unit.

To enjoy your trip to this property, 4WD may be required during snowy months.

Linens, towels, pillows and bedding are provided. Personal toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo/conditioner, toothpaste etc are not provided.

Great location. Building smells like cat urine

From the moment you walk in the lobby’s you can smell cat urine. While the unit itself was fine. The smell lingered. Made for a very unpleasant stay. Would definitely not recommend this building to anyone.

Singing for the Opera House

This was a great place to stay. The condo was clean and the host was very nice. Loved the porch and knowing I could walk anywhere in the town of Bethel. It is very centrally located to anything one would wish to do as far as activities and food. So Thank you for a very good experience!
