Clean, Neat and Great Location.

Wonderfully clean and neat apartment among all the gorgeous walks and restaurants, ferries and cafe's that Manly has to offer. Quiet and comfy with a great lock up garage. The owner was accomodating and kind. Just perfect! Thank you!

Great location, cute breezy apartment

Great location, very cute apartment with everything you need. Close to shops and main Corso ofanly and of course the beach. Clean apartment. host easy to communicate with.

Perfect apartment to stay

Perfect apartment to stay in Manly. Apartment was very clean and has everything you need. Short walk to Corso and Ferry to Sydney CBD. Great Communication with host.

Great week in the heart of Manly

It was a great 2 bedroom unit with full kitchen facilities in the heart of Manly - the best thing it was pet friendly so I was able to bring my French bulldog Daisy!! Plus it had a good size balcony!! A very enjoyable stay!!

Location was super, one direction we could walk to the ocean beach, the other direction the harbour beach. The ferry to Sydney was only a 10 min walk plus plenty of dining options nearby. Bonus having a washing machine available and balcony to dry things.

loved it- nice neat little place, plenty of room, and hosts were more than helpful- close to shops and ferry and beach, only hassle were the neighbors who insisted on parking in the driveway such that our parking was very tight and inconvenient, but that was the only complaint, that our hosts were not to blame for- I would stay here again.

Great base to explore Manly

We were impressed with this cute little apartment. Very clean and quiet, even though it is very centrally located. Easy walking to almost all attractions. Garage was a bonus! And loved the air con. Modern and comfortable furniture. We enjoyed our stay, thank you Susie. One small suggestion - would have loved a bath mat :)

A real gem.

Close to everything, (beach, cafes, supermarket) but very quiet overnight. Very well appointed and comfortable. Would absolutely recommend. Host was really prompt with all communication and accommodating of our needs. We had a wonderful time.

Manly Secret

Susie Bestwick is host extraordinaire! She was immediately available with answers to questions I had. Her apartment in Manly will not be a secret for much longer. It is a gem of a place. It's well appointed, extremely clean, very comfortable and welcoming. It is in easy walking distance to the harbor, beaches, cafes, restaurants, bars and shopping. The ferry into Sydney is less than a 5-minute walk. We just loved staying here for almost a month and hope to come back someday. Thank you Susie for being a great host. Gina from the USA.

Perfect location to stay out of the city.

We stayed here as a family to be away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The apartment was 5 mins or so walking distance to the ferry port, 5 mins walk to Coles supermarket, 5 mins walk to the smaller manly cove beach. It was a nice area, amazing location. The property manager had very good communication and replied quite swiftly. We travelled from UK so we kindly supplied bed linen and towels for us. It's on 1st floor with no lift so you have to be able to carry bags/ pushchairs ok up stairs. The flat itself was outdated, simple kitchen and facilities but clean. Spacious enough for a family. It did smell like dog (as it allows dogs) but we opened up windows and quickly aired out. Thanks again. Ideal location for staying out of the city.

Very central location, wonderful stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the little flat was in a good and central location so it was easy to access everything. It was lovely and clean and easy to find, although there are stairs to climb to access the flat. The owner was terrific to communicate with and generously let us arrive earlier and park our car in the garage (which is a very generous double garage size). That was a big help as it meant we didn’t waste a whole day. Only reason we didn’t rate the stay five stars (we would have given 4.5 stars if we could) was that all the pillows provided were very flat and super soft so they were not very comfy. I suggest replacing all with new and better quality ones. Also, it was quite noisy of a morning with building works on either side of the block so not so great for a sleep in. But we acknowledge that’s not the owners fault and this can happen anywhere. Anyway we really loved our stay and would definitely stay again.

Needs attention to details to bring it up to speed.

Fabulous location and Unit, bonus double garage (for extra car or visitors). Problem - getting in - no key in (very difficult to use) door safe .. had to wait for cleaner to come back, disappointing. Some Needs some attention to details ... toaster not working (we had to buy one). Missing DVD player, no instructions for TV/internet use, could be helpful (had to figure it all ourselves) Broken bedside lamp in 2nd bedroom. Mattress toppers make standard size fitted bottom sheets impossible to fit on queen bed and difficult on singles., otherwise very comfortable beds. Armchair and footstool in poor condition (had to fix loose screws). Laundry good but area needs a thorough cleaning All of the above let down what is mostly a very well equipped fabulous little holiday flat ... We did not use the ceiling fans or gas heater so do not know if they were working or not. We would definitely stay again if these matters were resolved.
