Fresh, modern and thoughtfully updated throughout, The Wilshire offers an open layout with plenty of room for families and groups to gather without feeling crowded.



The bright great room serves as the heart of the home, with comfortable seating, abundant natural light and a large Smart TV. Just beyond, the fully equipped kitchen features granite worktops, stainless steel appliances, a statement farmhouse sink and plenty of workspace for preparing everything from quick breakfasts to group dinners.



An adjacent dining area provides ample seating for meals together before heading out for the day—or settling in for the night.



Bedrooms & Bathrooms:

Village Grove is a quiet subdivision centrally located just south east of the Thomas Rd & Hayden crossroads. Just minutes from the 101 to the East, Scottsdale Rd & Old Town Scottsdale to the NW and Tempe to the South.



Other Things to Note:

NOTE: Pool Heat is optional and requires a $75/night ($400/week) Pool Heat Fee. Payment & request must be made at least 72 hours prior to arrival to ensure the pool will be heated at arrival.



Guests will be required to sign a pool use and safety waiver prior to check-in.



We have a ZERO TOLERANCE Party & Event Policy. The City of Scottsdale takes noise disturbances very seriously and can result in fines & the removal of this listing from the various platforms.



This is a non-smoking property. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the home, and a non-refundable $250 fee will apply if this rule is violated.



A Ring doorbell camera is located at the front door to monitor real occupancy and for emergency use only.



Properties may include a Minut noise alert monitoring system in order to ensure that area noise levels are respected. It does NOT record actual sounds or conversations, it simply monitors the noise level (measured in decibels).



Pet Policy: Dogs are not typically permitted at this property, but please feel free to enquire if you would like to request an exception. If an exception is granted or a pet is found to have been present during your stay, a non-refundable $175 pet fee will be charged to cover the cost of additional cleaning required after any stay that includes a pet.



Unauthorised late check-outs will result in a $75 rescheduling fee charged by our housekeeping company. Please coordinate any changes with us in advance to avoid this fee.
