Unit 101 is an 850 square foot fully furnished 1 bedroom, 1 and 1/2 bath condo. Set back from the front of the building, the balcony has a view of the beach and the Gulf of Mexico. This unit has a fully equipped kitchen and a washer and dryer. There is a king sized bed in the bedroom and a queen sized sleep sofa in the living room. This unit can accommodate up to 4 guests.

Other than a few utensils missing our overall stay was excellent. A shout out to Gary in the front office who provides outstanding Customer Service and promptly responded to any needs. Clean grounds and great location to restaurants and groceries.
