Seashells for days!!

This beach is the one to visit if you love to look for seashells and CLEAR water! The area overall was nice just seems like an older beach community they are building up. The condo unit was exactly as pictured, very nice remodel and clean. The building was older but well maintained and friendly people. Super easy check-in and check-out!!

Love this location!

This is the 2nd year in a row my husband and I have stayed in this condo over the 4th of July week. We love the location. The condo is clean, air conditioning works amazing. The bed is comfortable, just a few steps to the beach. Also the condo has its own parking spot which is directly below the balcony so you can check on your vehicle!

We enjoy the chance to be with old friends from many different places. We have known them for many years as we have been coming to St, Pete for many years. It was different this year due to cooler weather and many places being closed from hurricane damage. We know this cannot be controlled by the staff at Gulf Gate.

I will say this time it was a little annoying to have all the pool lounge chairs reserved each day by people who would come down and just put towels on them to hold them. Other than that we had a great time and will be back. Thank you.

Great alternative to hotel

While the property exterior is a bit dated, interior of property was updated and nicely appointed. Location couldn't be better with a quick walk to the beach. The check in process was a breeze, rules more than fair, and dealing with the property manager was very pleasant as well. We would stay here again.
