Our magnificent property situated in the prime location of Clifton Springs with beautiful bay view from the main ensuite and lounge room is your perfect holiday stay to explore what the Bellarine Peninsula region has on offer, with boat ramp 300 meters away, waterfront walking tracks, local golf courses, wineries and beaches. Geelong, Ocean Grove, Barwon Heads, Queenscliff & Portarlington are around 15 mins drive from the property.
This updated house has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 living areas with the front lounge positioned perfectly to enjoy all day sun and views across Corio Bay and an open plan kitchen/family room flowing out into the large rear yard. It accommodates up to 8 people with comfort and offers extensive space for everyone to relax.
There are smart TV, Wifi, BBQ, plenty of off street parking and room for the boat or jet-ski. Bedding consists of: 1 x Queen bed, 1 x Double bed, 2 sets single bunk beds. Main bedroom is with WIR and ensuite.
