A gorgeous villa with a private swimming pool, 1 km from the beach in Platja d'Aro, on the Costa Brava!
This luxurious holiday home is perfect for families or groups of friends up to 8 people. There is a spacious garden with swimming pool (8 x 5m) and a big, partly covered terrace with stunning views out to sea, which has quality garden furniture and a barbeque for enjoying meals outside. The house itself has a lovely comfortable living room with a digital flatscreen TV, and a fireplace. There is also a dining room and a big kitchen (with a dish-washer, a microwave and a coffee-expresso machine). There are 4 bedrooms (2 doubles and 2 twins) of which 2 have their own private bathroom en suite. In total there are 3 bathrooms (2 have a bath and 1 has a shower).
The house is located in a quiet residential area only 1 km from the sandy beach. The distance to the centre of Platja d'Aro with all its shops, supermarkets, restaurants and bars is 2 km from here

The villa is up a hill but its walkable...the villa a was perfect size for our family the only downside to this villa was the pool, it's so cold that we couldn't get in it. The pool is either shaded by the trees in the morning and the villa on the afternoon. Which would be great if it was heated! The front door is on a code so no worries of being locked out which I think is a great idea. Overall a pleasant stay

Wir haben den Aufenthalt in dieser Villa sehr genossen. Leider hatte sie keine Klimaanlage, darauf hatten wir leider beim Buchen nicht geachtet. Es gab kleinere Mängel (defekte Lieger, keine Haustürklinke), aber darüber haben wir hinweg gesehen. Wir waren mit sechs Personen dort, die Villa ist angeblich für acht Personen ausgelegt. Das haben wir nicht so empfunden, denn Liegen und Stühle am Tisch auf dem Balkon reichten nur für sechs Personen.

Einfach traumhafte Villa

Die Villa bietet alles um sich rundum wohl zu fühlen. Geräumige Zimmer, gutes WLan, kurze Strecke (15min) für in die Stadt. Auch die Küche ist tiptop ausgestattet. Der komplett eingezäunte Garten mit Pool lädt zum Verweilen und Spielen ein. Unsere Teenager und Hunde haben sich super wohl gefühlt. Sehr zuvorkommende Vermieterin und tolle Verwaltung, Wir kommen gerne wieder

Why they chose this property

As we were looking for a property to buy, we falled in love with the location, with the beautiful view to the sea, and the quietness of the area, but still near the beach and the town. We bought the land and built the villa. We decorated it ourselves. Whenever we come over on holiday we always enjoy it very much.
