Norina Cottage was built in 1858 and offers a quaint cottage ambience in the centre of Port Fairy. Ideally located only a few minutes walk to the centre of town, and just down the road from the Belfast Aquatics pool, local tennis courts and large cricket oval Norina offers a unique home away from home.
The property has 2 bedrooms, both with doubles and unique heritage pieces that give them their charm. The kitchen too combines the modern with the heritage offering all mod cons you would expect while keeping its old style feel.
There are 2 living spaces, the first a formal lounge and the second a modern, renovated and sun lit living area which is combined with the open plan dining room. This area then leads out onto outdoor living and well established private gardens that are yours to enjoy.
Please note: The fireplace and spa are not operational.
Please note: There is NO access upstairs as this is Private.

Stayed 4 nights. Unfortunately it rained most of the time so we were lucky to have such a comfortable place to stay. Loved the kitchen and just the nostalgia of the house. Walk to shops and beach.

Thanks Vivian, we are glad you enjoyed the property despite the weather being miserable outside!
Lovely ambience, comfortably furnished, lovely art work, best stocked spice cupboard ever! Good heating in the back part of house/main living area with a lovely garden aspect. Note there is only one bathroom and a separate toilet with wash basin; one of the double beds had a single electric blanket, the other had none. Spare blankets were available. The 2nd bedroom's window looks into the sitting room. Easy walk to town
