Guest Access:

Guests will be able to access the entire property, and boat dock



The Neighborhood:

This home is located on Lake LBJ in Kingsland Texas. Minutes away from the Kingsland Community Public Boat Ramp, HEB, and several local restaurants.



Other Things to Note:

In lieu of a security deposit we require a $75 damage waiver fee through Safely that covers guests up to $5000 in damages to the property.



As part of our effort to help you relax and enjoy your stay, we insure the property against guest-caused, accidental damage with the Safely Protection Policy. The cost of this protection has been included in a Fee on your reservation.



The Safely Protection Policy covers the cost of repairing damage to the property up to $5K for content and dwelling combined.



The fee for this protection is refundable if the reservation is canceled in writing at least twenty-four (24) hours prior to the arrival date. Any deductible, minimum claim amount, or cost of repair in excess of the coverage limits will be the responsibility of the Guest, and Hill Country Stays will process the payment using the form of payment on file for Guest.

Pet Policy: 2 dogs under 80 lbs is allowed at this property. We do require a $100 per pet fee as well as a copy of the vaccination records and a signed pet agreement. Landscaping: If you are at the property when landscapers arrive, please make sure to allow the crew to attend to their lawn duties. Please make sure to move vehicles if needed in order to allow the crew to fulfill their lawncare requirements. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
