Condo was in a perfect downtown location that allowed us to walk to restaurants and shops. It was a perfect getaway spot - beds were comfy, unit was cozy warm, kitchen had everything needed for cooking/preparing snacks and meals. Would definitely stay again.

My husband and mother-in-law stayed and it was perfect!

Clean, enjoyed the open concept, well stocked, kitchen was amazing with Viking stove and had everything anyone would need! The location can’t be beat! Walk to town so easy but at the end, so quiet. We will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful Place in Town

This is a clean, quiet place that was just right for two couples. The kitchen, dining, and living areas are spacious and relaxing, with a great view out the numerous front windows. We loved the location: easy to get to skiing and very easy to walk into downtown Harbor Springs. We would stay here again.

Great location & clean condo!

The condo was very clean and has a great location. It’s close enough to walk downtown and yet at the quieter end of town. Condo has a nice open floor plan for relaxing in the living & kitchen area. Master suite is spacious!

Wonderful condo and location

Bay Harbor is such a sweet town and we loved being able to walk to eat, shop, and just enjoy the outside. The condo was perfect size for the 4 of us. We loved the large family room, fireplace, and open kitchen. Great location for us to Ski at Nubs. The management company forgot to send the access info but after a quick phone call they sent over everything we needed and were so great for communicating the rest of the weekend.

The second bedroom needs a dresser with drawers as there are no shelves to put clothes on. Everything else was perfect, bright and central.

Summer vacation in Harbor Springs

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location of this property was great—situated along Main Street in Harbor Springs; allowing us easy access to all the shops and restaurants in Harbor Springs. The floor plan of the property was great and overall the property was in good general condition with one major exception—the air conditioning was not working properly during most of our stay, This was not a problem during cool days, but we did have a couple of hot days which made sleeping at night very difficult and uncomfortable. There were also a few minor problems that did not significantly effect our stay including the function of a door handle, missing and non-functional blinds, bath tub not draining well, some windows not staying open properly and some electrical outlets not working in master bedroom. The property management company was very helpful in attempting to resolve the problems with the function of the AC unit.

While there is a small balcony overlooking Main Street, there is no shaded outdoor sitting area (we call it Porching, a verb, to sit on the porch, chat with friends and enjoy a cold beverage). Kitchen was pretty well stocked. Bathrooms were bright and clean. We look forward to our next visit!
