Long Weekend Retreat

Had the whole family meet here for a memorable stay. Beautiful lake for passive enjoyment and water activities. The house was set up nicely for our larger group. Host was very friendly and helpful throughout the booking and stay. Would definitely recommend.

Weekend Getaway with Friends

Had a weekend getaway with friends here, and this cottage was perfect! Lots of space for everyone, the house was gorgeous and had lots of lovely amenities. Kitchen and bathrooms all seemed very new and modern, had everything we needed and more! Host was very helpful and easy to communicate with. Hopefully we'll be able to come back some day!

Birthday weekend away

This lake view cabin was just perfect. The view durning the day as well as at night were absolutely beautiful. We really enjoyed be able to sit around the table for meals and being able to just chill throughout the house. The cabin had everything we needed and didn’t have to run out and get supplies. The bathrooms were perfectly stocked with everything you needed also Our kids really liked the hot tub. Our son was especially happy that he was still able to catch his football Sunday games. I would recommend this beautiful cabin for anyone wanting to just wanting to get away and relax!

Company Retreat

We rented this beautiful property for the purpose of the Annual Strategic Session with our Leadership Team. From the beginning the interactions with Jim, the owner or his sister, Michelle were easy, friendly and accommodating. They were super helpful to ensure we had everything we needed and that we were set for success. The cottage is beautiful. It's even cozier than on the pictures. It was immaculately clean, the view is just beautiful, it's so peaceful we didn't want to leave! :) If you are looking for a little getaway with family or friends, or planning a meeting of the grid, look no further, this is a perfect place.

Amazing Property!

I just stayed at Jim's cottage for my 40th birthday with some girlfriends and it was fantastic! The property is beautiful with views of the lake from every window, the bedrooms were large with more than enough room for the 10 guests we had, the bathrooms were gorgeous(spa like) and we got alot of use out of the hot tub. The kitchen was well stocked with the essentials so we didnt need to bring anything extra with us. We loved the sun room and took advantage of the many living spaces throughout the property. We got to watch some beautiful sunsets and even the northern lights from the waterfront. Jim was super responsive, friendly and accommodating and if we needed anything he has family nearby to assist. We brought our boat so got to enjoy the lake which was a blast as it was a quiet weekend. would highly recommend this property. We will definitely be staying here again! Thanks again Jim we will be in touch again

I have been on the lake for almost 50 years, and it is one of my favourite places to spend time. I raised my three children here spending all our summers, water skiing, surfing and generally spending more time in the boat than on land. I am excited to share this little piece of paradise with you and your family. Despite living in Vancouver I still come back often and have family doors away so dealing with any issues that may arise is never a problem. I am available by phone, text or email any time of the day.

Why they chose this property

Tucked away on a dead-end road, this part of Lake Wabamun is very quiet and family-friendly. Our family has been on this beach for 50 years, and many of our neighbours are our friends.

Every Sat in the summer, from 10:30 to 12:30 is the farmers market in Seba Beach. It is located at the Seba Beach Seniors Center just off of 1st N. Great place to meet locals, pick up fresh food and interesting crafts from local artists. There are three golf courses all within a 20-minute drive, which also offer a great dining experience.

While you are enjoying our sanctuary, please be respectful of the neighbours, watch for kids playing and drive slowly along our cottage road.
