OUTDOOR LIVING SPACES This private backyard features a sparkling saltwater pool with integrated waterfall spa and poolside chaise lounges. You'll also find a fire pit lounge, BBQ grill, and alfresco dining for up to 6 guests. Take in the lush landscaping and mountain views while enjoying a game of bocce ball. Park your car at the EV charger and grab a bicycle (4 total) - perfect for enjoying a ride around the neighborhood. ** The pool will be heated upon request with an additional service fee. For our furry friends, this property is Pet Friendly. ** The term "Pets Allowed" or "Pets Accepted" at an ACME House Company vacation rental means that we welcome dogs only. No other pets are allowed. ** SLEEPING QUARTERS Each of the three bedrooms has a hotel-quality mattress, flat screen TV, and ample storage. The Primary Bedroom, named the Blue Bedroom, has direct access to the pool. It is also equipped with an adjustable King bed that allows you to sit upright at the press of a button The Blue Bedroom also features an ensuite bathroom with a double vanity and a bidet. The two guest bedrooms are named the Yellow Bedroom and the Orange Bedroom. The Yellow Bedroom has a California King bed and The Orange Bedroom has a Queen bed. Perfect little getaway

Cozy, clean with beautiful back yard

The house was cozy, clean and very well supplied. I prefer the pool a little warmer but over all it had a beautiful back yard with plenty of lounge chairs. It could use few pool noodles and floats which we ended up buying and leaving at the house. The only negative remark is that you can hear planes flying over the house all day since the airport is very close.

Great place!!!

This was an annual girls trip. The property is well maintained and very comfortable. You can’t ask for more. The pool was wonderful, there were games to play and privacy from the neighbors. It was wonderful!!!

Everything we were looking for.

This home was wonderful. Mid-century modern to the T. The beds were great, the pool and hot tub were great, and communications with Acme House property management was great. It had all the amenities we needed with the exception of boxes of Kleenex. The only downside was that the location is about three blocks from the end of the airport so we were directly in the flight path. It's not that busy of an airport so we didn't mind too much. Wonderful place though, we really enjoyed it.

Desert Daydreams is one of the most beautiful houses we ever stayed at. It is perfect in every way. It has every thing you could ever need. The garden and pool are amazing. The kitchen is also. The location is perfect. I can't say one bad thing about the place because there isn't. The rental company ACME were fantastic to work with. I can't recommend the place enough. We will definitely be back. Thank you for an amazing week!

Relaxing interlude

We loved it! Super clean, easy check-in, clear directions for the house, they thought of everything. The design is wonderful. We enjoyed a couple days going from pool to jacuzzi to sun lounger. Then we also explored the area, took a mid-mod house tour with interiors and shopped for art. We had a couple great dinners and also experienced the Purple Room and PS Underground dinner and music event. We also visited Joshua Tree - it’s about an hour drive from the house. Very highly recommend this property. And on our last morning, we tooled around the neighborhood on the bikes. Very romantic and wonderful break for us.

Had a great time

Great communication, as advertised, feels newly renovated, set up very well for visitors (instructions, labels, etc.). Had a minor issue with the spa not heating, but it was quickly remedied (turns out it hadn't been turned on; no big deal). Only marks down are for location, which cannot be helped -- this house is directly in the flight path of the Palm Sprints airport, which thankfully is not a very busy airport. But that also means it's only a short drive or long-ish walk to downtown and activities.

Fabulous stay

Everything was fabulous and a little more than expected. The house was very clean and comfortable. The backyard was what dreams are made of! They provided a ton of unexpected extras... floats for the pool, pool games, pump, bikes... lots of cool treasures! The beds were comfortable, and the showers were amazing! We have a great time during our stay, but there were a couple small things that did not make sense. There is no filtered water. I know it's not the end of the world, but the tap water was interesting and not something I would recommend drinking. So, we door dashed bottled water in. Lastly, the A/C sounds like a bomb is dropping every time it turns on. After a few days you get used to it, but plan to have a couple heart attacks out of the gates.

Great Outdoor Oasis

This was a great property for a short stay in PS for two couples. It was clean, conveniently located to downtown, Tramway and the Aviation Museum, all of which we enjoyed during our 4-day visit. Outdoors has a lot to offer and we were even able to spend some time in the pool during our Thanksgiving stay. Not warm, but not unbearable! As people that like to cook, we appreciated the fully stocked kitchen and the grill. Also appreciated that we were able to park in the garage, which is not that common in many properties we've stayed in. We felt very comfortable with our canine kid there, and welcomed the pet-friendly nature of the owners and the property (Concrete floors and pup treats!) Communication with the management company was timely and thorough. They were also very responsive to one small issue we reported with one of the bikes. My only watch out to potential renters is to make sure that you realize this house is directly in the flight path of PS Airport. It didn't bother us too much, and became kind of fun to watch the planes go overhead through the day (little kids would probably really appreciate it!). But if you don't get up at 6:00 am like we do and like to sleep in . . . be aware that the first flight out of PS is 5:45 am. And if you're not a sound sleeper, it WILL wake you up.

Worst Palm Spring Vacation!

Not sure where to begin. Pictures have nothing to do with the actual property. Floors are cracked and everything is very old. Fireplace dated. The whole house needs renovation. It felt like we were staying inside the garage. First thing we got there AC was not working properly. It was so hot inside we could not stay at home. We went to the store and thought when we come back AC will be fixed. Nope!!!! We came back until 10 p.m I could not go to the pool because the AC guy came to fix the AC. Yet again it took 24 hours to see a change in our AC number. We stayed for 4 days in the property! 3 out of the 4 days the pool water was very hot until 11:00 o’clock we were in it. Not sure how the water became so cold on our last day no one could enjoy the pool at 6:00 p.m. Not sure what they did but I will not recommend anyone to stay at this property. Stay away!!!! Poor management. Pictures are not accurate!!!!! Be aware!
