Ideal location for family holiday or weekend getaway. Walk to Lake and beaches of 3 or 4 mile bay, short drive or bike ride to town. Fully fenced outside yard with own putting green for keen golfer or entertainment for the kids.
3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, indoor/outdoor flow to deck with glimpses of the mountains. At the end of our street is The Landing, with kids' entertainment, cafe, restaurant, and great mini golf course.

Beautiful home in a very quiet & tidy neighbourhood. A short stroll to the lakefront & even shorter stroll to The Landing with cafe, restaurant & activities for kids. The house is even more lovely than the photos. We are already planning our return.

Family Christmas gathering

Beautiful modern comfort home. The living space was perfect for a family Christmas and our 16 month old grandson safe in the fenced garden . We all enjoyed our golf - became quite competitive. We found our way down to the beach and swam several times a day.

* Sheridan sheets and towels * well appointed with everything you need * putting green for some practice / family competition :) * great location amongst some of the nicest homes in Taupo * take your bikes and head down the ride and you’re at the walk/bike track Thoroughly recommend this lovely home.

For us Taupo is a place that holds so many lovely family memories and events from weddings to family get togethers, and wonderful summer holidays with friends. At the moment we cannot live in Taupo permanently yet, so this gives us a chance to share our house with guests. Love receiving feedback on how people have enjoyed their stays so much.

Why they chose this property

Easy living holiday house in an ideal location. Quiet area but easy walk to the lake, ride into town along the lake pathway, or only a short drive into Taupo and all its great facilities and activities. Ideal for a summer holiday or a winter skiing stay. Ideal to visit Taupo for the many events that are held here throughout the year.

What makes this property unique

Modern home with own putting green of artificial turf in fully fenced and private back yard. BBQ and relax on the back deck while having a friendly and fun golf or croquet tournament. Perfect for friends on a golfing holiday, or weekend getaway, family holidays, or ideal for entertainment for the children. Easy flow indoor/outdoor living and a well set up kitchen and appliances. with the comfort of a home.
