In a fantastic location, this two bedroom flat has been stylishly renovated to impress! Modern amenities, comfortable furnishings and a bright, airy decor will ensure that you have a relaxed and easy holiday in sought after Two Mile Bay. Otupai Getaway ticks all the boxes with linen provided, free Wi-Fi, private backyard and off-road parking.
Located on the lower level of a two storey home, you have your own private entrance which leads into an open plan living, dining and kitchen area. There are two bedrooms, one with a Queen bed, and the family room with a Queen and Single. The bathroom and laundry area are modern and clean with all new appliances and fittings. Upstairs is used occasionally by the owners as a private holiday home.

Otupai Getaway is a 5 minute drive from Taupo town centre and less than 5 minute walk to the lake and Two Mile Bay Sailing Centre - a perfect stop for pizza, cold drinks and water sports on a summers evening! Enjoy a walk along the lake front, or take the boat down to the nearby ramp.
This is a family home in a quiet residential area, not suitable for large groups of adults. An additional guest surcharge applies for more than 4 people. When making a booking request please include information on the age range of the guests intending to stay and your plans for while you are in Taupō.
We have a strict no large group or parties policy, disruption to the neighbours will not be tolerated. If we are notified of parties or illegal activity you will be evicted.
You will be required to complete a check in form prior to arrival (excluding identity verified, Airbnb accounts) which will include a copy of your ID and the details of all guests intending to stay at the property. Failure to complete this form will result in the booking being cancelled.
The guest named on the booking is responsible for the property for the duration of the stay and must take all reasonable care of the house. For breakages or damages be aware that you will be charged for the repair or replacement plus a 10% handling fee. It's your responsibility to familiarise yourself with potential hazards or situations during the stay and take appropriate care or actions if needed.
All properties must be left reasonably clean and tidy, ensuring all furniture and appliances are returned to where they were. A general service clean is included, but if the property requires extra cleaning, you could be charged an additional $50.00 per hour, this includes BBQ’s, excess rubbish, soiled linen and odour removal.
All bookings are accepted on the basis that you have read, understand, and agree to abide by the Terms and Conditions and House Rules.

Perfect hideaway a hop, skip and a jump from the lake
Had a great time in this lovely property.
Well appointed and private, it's a haven from the sun when you need it and the garden has both sun and shade in a very quiet space
Great quiet location and the unit was more than we expected being very clean and tidy.
Had everything we needed for our long weekend stay.
Will definitely be staying again in the future!!!!

Sorry the unit did not meet your expectations. The unit is located on the lower level of the two storey home. The shared balcony with limited views are available for guests to use.
Lovely little place for myself, partner and parents. Close to taupo (20 min walk) but located on a quiet street which was nice. Good to have use of the BBQ. A couple of minor things, there was a limited option of cultery/crockery for the 4 of us so could have been good to have more options. Also the first time I have ever had to take our own rubbish with us, was a bit of an inconvenience to have to do this but otherwise it was a really lovely stay and would highly recommend!
Lovely well looked after house and gardens. Beds were super comfy, better than my new one at home. TV could be lower on the wall had to look up. Very private and safe area to walk.
