🛏️ Sleeping Arrangements:
• Bedroom 1 (Master): Queen bed with ensuite (shower, vanity, toilet).
This ensuite also connects (`Jack & Jill`) to the main upstairs bathroom.
• Bedroom 2: Queen bed (downstairs)
• Bedroom 3: Queen bed (downstairs)
A second full bathroom is located downstairs for added comfort, along with a separate downstairs living room – ideal for giving everyone their own space.

We like to give our guests their privacy but Kerry is available by phone or text to answer any questions and we are only ever 10-15 minutes drive away if needed in an emergency.

Only a short drive to The Landing, where you will entertainment Centre for all ages `The Landing`. At The Landing, you will find an abundance of indoor and outdoor activities, and places to eat & drink. There really is something for everyone

Rotorua is only one hours drive and Hawkes Bay within 1.5 hours drive for a day of sightseeing and for the active traveller the Ski field and Tongariro crossing is an 1.5 hours drive. The Glowworm Caves are also 2 hours drive and Hobbiton 1.5 hours making Taupo the heart of the North Island and the perfect place to stay and explore from.
