The Space:

Welcome to your charming 3-bedroom apartment, Unit 6, located on the 3rd floor, offering breathtaking panoramic ocean views over Kings Beach, the shipping lanes, and beyond. This bright and inviting space is designed to comfortably accommodate up to 6 guests, ideal for families or small groups. The living area benefits from natural light streaming through the balcony doors, creating a warm and sunny atmosphere, especially in winter. The unit is thoughtfully furnished for both short and long stays.

Linen Policy:

For bookings made after September 26, 2025: Linen will be supplied, though guests will still need to make the beds upon arrival.

For bookings made prior to September 26, 2025: Guests will need to supply their own linen (sheets, pillowcases, towels, hand-towels, bath mats, face washers, and tea towels) or arrange for hire at an additional fee. We can assist with linen hire if needed.



Guest Access:

Guests will have seamless access to the entire 3-bedroom apartment, including the private balcony, fully equipped kitchen, and all listed amenities. A single lock-up garage is also available for guest use. Key collection for after-hours arrivals is handled conveniently via a lockbox located at the arcade side access to our office. If you are arriving outside of office hours or on a Sunday, you will receive a lockbox code on the day of your arrival. For Sunday arrivals, the code will be sent on Saturday.

Booking Terms: Prices are seasonal and vary based on the length of your stay. Minimum booking nights apply and may differ throughout the year.

Key Collection: After-hours key collection is via a lockbox. You will receive the code on the day of arrival (or Saturday for Sunday arrivals).

Linen: Refer to the detailed linen policy in 'The Space' section regarding supply or hire based on your booking date.



Interaction with Guests:

The host will not be present during your stay but is available remotely to answer any questions or assist with any needs you may have. We aim to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all guests.
