The Villa Bellangenet is the ideal place to spend holidays with family or friends in an exceptional environment at 30 m from the beach, with access by the dunes.
The Villa is facing south to enjoy the morning sun until sunset. The house is furnished with contemporary and functional equipment to make it more pleasant to live.
The largest beach of Pouldu is 30 m from the house.

5 bedroom house totally renovated. Ideally located 30 m from the beach, very quiet, contemporary decor, all comfort, indoor heated swimming pool or not (heated pool from March to mid-October), sandy beach with access through the gate of the garden, wild coast, tennis court and nautical club nearby (200 m), American kitchen. 5 bedrooms. enclosed garden, 2 places for vehicles. Totally secure pool. House very pleasant to live. House classified 4 stars ****

The ground floor includes a large living room, dining room 10 seats on a fully equipped kitchen (microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge and freezer), you will also find a pantry with storage, washing machine and dryer, a toilet, a bathroom with shower and sink. A room with a double bed of 160 cm and a room with 2x2 bunk beds 90 cm are on the ground floor. Wood terrace seen on the dunes with outdoor furniture: deck chairs, barbecue, parasol, garden furniture, outdoor shower. Swimming pool 3.5 x 7 m maximum depth of 1.60 m, heated 28 ° C from March to mid October, covered can be fully discovered. Security provided by a key lock of the pool enclosure.
The floor is composed of 3 rooms (new bedding) of which 2 with bed 160 cm and a room with a bed 140 cm. You will also find a separate bathroom with bath and washbasin and a bathroom with shower and sink. Toilet and a bathroom in a room.

A wonderful location right near the beach with generous garden and its own swimming pool. The house is well equipped and easy to live in - a home from home! Pascale was always helpful with any queries we had and the very nearby tourist office gave us good ideas on where to explore as this was a part of France we had never visited before - but was so great we will be back!

Gorgeous Property and location

Perfect property within easy reach of lovely town and beaches. Host was incredibly helpful from booking, meeting us at check in and then throughout the stay with any issues we had! All the family throughly enjoyed their stay from Papa theough to the 4yr old. The bonus of a safe pool that could be used throughout was wonderful! 100% recomend this property. one week stay

This is a lovely property in an excellent location. We have never felt that we would return to a rental property but we would like to return here. The manager and the owner were very kind and helpful, the area is stunning and the house is lovely. I have one small criticism and that is that checking in after 4pm on a Saturday gives little time to collect groceries and the beds were not made up. We were shown the sheets and had to make up beds before the children could go to sleep after a quick visit to the supermarket. The check in at 4 pm is fine if the beds were made up. A small point . Overall we enjoyed our holiday in the house very much.

Heerlijk verblijf in Clohart Carnoet

Het huis was zoals beschreven, de keuken goed voorzien (ovenschalen en grote slaschaal is welkom). De bedden waren prima, het zwembad heerlijk en dat alles zo dicht bij het strand! Ook het weer was ons goed gezind, kortom een fijne familie vakantie.

Ein sehr hübsches Objekt

Es war ein fantastischer Aufenthalt. Das Haus lässt (fast) keine Wünsche offen. Der Pool istsauber und auch mal bei etwas schlechterem Wetter nutzbar (gerade auch für kleine Kinder) bei geschlossenem Dach bleibt die Wärme im Pool. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und einen Trockner. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet. Jetzt zu dem fast, er Holzkohlegrill müsste dringendst erneuert werden! Ansonsten würden wir immer wieder kommen. Vielen Dank auch an Pascale für die unkomplizierte Übergabe. an Pascaled

Strandnähe

Die Lage des Hauses mit Blick auf die Dünenlandschaft und dem direkten Zugang zum Strandweg ist einmalig. Der abdeckbare Pool konnte auch bei kühlem Wetter täglich genutzt werden. Zwei Bäder sind für 4 Schlafzimmer in Ordnung.Das Schlafzimmer mit integriertem Bad ist unpraktisch, da die Dusche in der freistehenden Badewanne wegen Überschwemmungsgefahr des Zimmers nicht zu nutzen ist. Die offene Toilette ist auch nicht jedermanns Sache. Wir waren zum Glück nur zwei Paare, bei voller Belegung des Hauses wird’s eng, zumal in drei der 5 Schlafräume keine Schränke vorhanden sind. Ansonsten ist die Ausstattung des Hauses (Küche , Essraum,Terrasse,Pool )für eine große Gruppe geeignet.

Outre la piscine (chauffée et couverte) et la proximité de la plage (accessible en toute sécurité par les dunes), deux atouts fort appréciables pour des vacances estivales, cette superbe maison est, par son aménagement et son équipement, parfaitement adaptée à la cohabitation, dans des conditions optimales de confort, de plusieurs générations (en l'occurrence 4 enfants et 1 bébé ainsi que leurs parents et grands-parents).

Nous étions 9 amis adultes, et aurions dû demander plus de précisions sur le confort de la chambre avec le lit en 140, non adapté pour les carrures de rugbyman ! 2 chambres n’avaient pas rangement pour les affaires. Pour autant, le site est vraiment exceptionnel, avec une belle pièce à vivre , avec une hygiène irréprochable, et un extérieur ravissant. Merci à notre hôte pour son affabilité et à Pascale pour ses services de qualité. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir pour un séjour familial convenant sans doute mieux à cette jolie maison.

Schönes Haus in schöner Umgebung

Die Lage direkt in erster Reihe hinter der Düne, 2 Minuten zum wunderschönen Strand, ist fantastisch. Schön und großzügig eingerichtetes Erdgeschoss, in dem man sich ausbreiten kann. Die Küche ist mit allem, was man braucht ausgestattet und der kleine Hauswirtschaftsraum ist sehr praktisch. Wir waren zu dritt und haben uns wohl gefühlt. Die Bäder sind z.T. etwas unpraktisch: z.B. das Bad im Zimmer mit Designerwanne in der man nicht bequem duschen kann und der Toilette in der Dachschräge, die nur für kleine Personen geeignet ist. Nach dem Duschen im Erdgeschoss ist einGroßteil des Bades überschwemmt. Der Pool ist etwas in die Jahre gekommen, die Wassertemperatur war sehr angenehm. Einige Schrauben, die die Holzlatten befestigen, sind ausgedreht und stehen hervor, somit ist auch der Boden vor allem am Pool uneben und eine Stolper- und Verletzungsgefahr gegeben. Die Beschattungssituation auf der Südterrasse mit einem z.T. kaputten Sonnenschirm war etwas umständlich. Alles in allem ein gelungener Aufenthalt in einer wunderbaren Umgebung.

Vorsicht heruntergekommen !!!!!!!!

Wir fanden das Objekt sehr schmutzig, ungepflegt und vernachlässigt vor. Spinnweben und spinnen überall, Boden klebrig, Küche auch… Pool die ganze Woche nicht zu benutzen, bei Ankunft gelb und schmutzig, Filterpumpe nicht in Betrieb, starker Chlorgeruch, viele tote Fliegen, Aussenbereich ebenfalls ungepflegt…, Objekt sah auf den ersten Blick gut aus, bei genauerem Hinsehen mehr als vernachlässigt und schmutzig, unter Sofa Zentimeter dicker Staub Belag … Für ein modern inseriertes Haus ohne TV / Radio ,(kein Entertainment) sehr fraglich…, Ansprechpartner nicht erreichbar und dann keine Hilfe bzw. Änderungen, sondern nur Kopfschütteln … Schlüsselübergabe war Minutensache, danach nicht mehr erreichbar… Aber tolle Lage hinter den Dünen nah am Strand, nur leider für Gäste unzumutbar, da müsste mindestens ein Tag lang geputzt werden.., Sehr schade bei dem Preis für eine Woche!!!!! Wäre unser schulpflichtiges Kind, dem wir die Ferien am Meer nicht verderben wollten, nicht dabeigewesen, wären wir sicherlich wieder abgereist…
