this is a perfect property for you!



**The space**

Outstanding contemporary furnishings, trim, and cabinetry adorn this three

bedroom condo which faces the Gondola, ski slopes, and the Village Plaza.

Enjoy a cup of coffee in front of the beautiful hand tiled fireplace and enjoy

Colorado ranch design details. A washer and dryer in the main hallway creates

added convenience to this condo. Each bathroom is recently updated and one of

the bathrooms features a walk in shower with rain shower head and pebbled

floor.



**The Bedroom**

This condo features maximum bedding with a king size bed in the master bedroom

and en-suite bathroom

The second bedroom has a queen bed with en-suite bathroom,

Two sets of twin over twin bunk beds in the third bedroom.



Everything you need for a cozy, convenient mountain getaway is right at your

fingertips with these slope side accommodation.



Additional Notes for Parking



Parking is $23 per 24-hour session (one car per condo). Reservations can be

made in advance on the Winter Park Resort website for unlimited in/out access

per 24 consecutive hours. There is no assigned parking. After purchase you

will receive a QR code that you will scan to get in and out of the garage. We

recommend you screenshot this for easy access. You will need to scan your room

key and then the QR code. If your room is not ready you can stop by the Front

Desk to grab a key to park.

Great!

The property was in an excellent location. We had a great time. We would definitely stay at the resort as well as the condo again. The living room sleeper couch needs to be replaced, but we didn't need to use it, so sitting on it was fine.

Outstanding Location

We had an enjoyable long weekend in Winter Park. The location of this condo can't be beat. We did not hear any neighbors at any point in our stay and it was very quiet. The three bathrooms were large and spacious. There were box fans and humidifers in each bedroom closet which was great to be able to access. The kitchen had all high end appliances that were helpful when making meals. The living room furniture is on it's last leg and needs to be replaced sooner than later, but we didn't need to use the pull out couch. So it was fine to just sit on. We would definitely stay in this building and in this condo again. The location can not be beat.
