Beautiful condo

This was a great place for us. This was the first trip out of country for our friends and they were so impressed with the unit and the island. I would recommend this rental to anyone going to St. Martin!!!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The beds were comfortable. The restaurant next door was surprisingly good. We really enjoyed vodka and Ting soda every night on the deck. Great location and plenty of places we could walk to from there.

This condo was very comfortable and clean. It was well located within a short drive to the airport, Maho and Simpson Bay. The rooftop terrace was perfect for watching planes arrive and gaze at the beautiful beach below. Mike was also a wonderful host. Thank you for a perfect, quick stay.

Beautiful place and great for plane enthusiasts!

Beautiful place, communication was A+. Each time we texted with a question, we got an answer right away. We spent the week watching planes take off and land from the hot tub. Close to Maho (great to go on a Sunday when the cruise crowd isn't there), and spent our week experiencing all of the beaches on the island.

This condo is in a brand new development. It was very spacious with high end, modern finishes and a well designed decor. The beach feels very private and the water was great. About a 15 minute walk into town or very short taxi ride. Mike the manager was always available. I would definitely stay there again.

Very modern and good equiped condo. Has all you could need. Very clean and safe. Airport is not disturbing but interesting. Location is perfect - Maho and Simpson Bay nearby. There is all you need in holiday as restaurants, shops, bars and supermarkets. Nice beaches also not far away and one of the best ones is just in front of this place. We loved it really.

The best VRBO

This home is everything you need to have the most amazing vacation in St Marteen. Each bedroom has a king with a bath, the kitchen has all the tools you need, both the large balcony off the living room and roof have amazing views that could never get old and the infinity pool was just phenomenal. You can easily walk to Maho and are very close to the beach. Simpson bay is a pretty quiet beach. We rented a car and the house came with a parking spot. There’s so many great options for restaurants, bars, casinos, other beaches to visit all over the island. Mike was a great host and extremely fast when I had questions. I plan to book again next year.

Great stay!

Our family of four had the best 9 days with this condo as our home base! The condo itself is as pictured, gorgeous views, super clean, safe, spacious, so much storage, plenty of towels, and very well stocked kitchen. We used the rooftop jacuzzi nearly every night to watch the sunset and the planes. While some reviews said you couldn’t hear the planes, we didn’t necessarily find that to be true but also didn’t find it to be a problem at all! It wasn’t super loud or disruptive and we loved watching the planes - the airport is quiet from evening to morning. The location of the condo is convenient, between Maho and Simpson Bay which both have lots of restaurants (although not really easily walkable to either) and close enough to beaches on the French side. The pool was nice although truthfully we didn’t use it very much. The path down to the beach is quick and easy (although we didn’t actually spend much time on Simpson Bay - so many fun areas to explore all over the island.) It was a great stay and we hope to return.

This condo is everything I wanted!!!!

The condo was everything I ever dreamed of and more. Mike was excellent in making my stay great. He is always there to answer if you have any questions. The condo is brand new so so so modern. The rooftop is to die for. If you have to pick a place pick this one. There is a beach restaurant bar right down the steps to the beach overlooking simpson bay. I could go on forever. It truly was everything I wanted. Thank you so much Mike for working with me.

Beautiful, Clean Unit

We loved our stay at Harmony Haven. The unit is new, beds are comfortable and it is super clean. The views are great as well. It was perfect for my family of four - both kids had bedrooms and baths of their own with plenty of room. It is very near the airport but for the most part this was not an issue. Occasionally you might hear an airplane take off in the morning but never super early. My 12 year old son is fascinated with airplanes so the location couldn't have been better. You can get great beach views as well as views of the runway, especially from the roof top terrance. The pictures don't lie! Truly a great unit!

Beacon Hill Stunner!

Villa Harmony Haven is a beautiful penthouse condo, oceanside that is within walking distance of the famous Sunset Bar on Maho beach. The decor is modern and well appointed with every convenience you need to be able to cook a gourmet meal. Having the basics in the pantry was great. The rooftop terrace was amazing with 360 degree views and an outdoor kitchen. It was truly spectacular to watch the planes land out of the setting sun! The ocean breezes allowed for the windows to be open all day without the need for air conditioning. We rented a car to tour the island and go shopping. It made everything so easy. Would definitely recommend Villa Harmony Haven to family and friends. Thanks Mike!

A piece of paradise!

My time at Villa Harmony Haven has definitely gone too fast! From the cool ocean breeze that you get all day, the beachfront stunning view overlooking Simpson Bay, the high quality furnitures and fully equipped kitchen, everything was absolutely perfect! If you don't feel like driving around the island to explore, within a minute, you are sitting in the ocean, a wild and almost private sandy beach. Maho restaurants and nightlife is very close, one of the best place to hang out in Sint Maarten. The airport seems to be the main attraction in Maho beach, but you will be able to admire the breathtaking view of the planes landing and taking off right in front of you from the comfort of the rooftop terrace. Most of them are small planes, airport shutdowns overnight, so it was not disturbing at all and highly entertaining! I am looking forward to book my next vacations for the coming year!

Beautiful property, prime location and a much-appreciated elevator.

Mike is an excellent host, quick and concise with all communications. The property was SPOTLESS, very clean, tidy, and exceptionally well appointed with everything you need to enjoy a stay. We were there during a tropical storm and Mike was always available to answer questions, called to check on us, and offered assistance with anything we might need. I found the directions to the property to be a bit difficult to follow, and locating the garage lockbox and secure parking area was a bit tricky too. All of that is very minor and pales in comparison to all the fabulous things about the property; the view of the ocean, the view of takeoff/landing activities from the infinity pool, the lovely terrace and gorgeous bathrooms, bedding, kitchen, and living space. I would absolutely recommend this property to anyone visiting the island...and did I mention, it has an elevator! Lugging all your stuff up 3 flights of steps would have been awful, but luckily the elevator saves the day (and your quads!). Walking just a few steps to the Dinghy bar/restaurant was another unexpected bonus. We loved it!

Stunning property, especially for aviation geeks.

My twice yearly holiday to SXM was delayed for 6 months after Irma. "Had to" find a new place to stay, as the old one was damaged too badly. What a great find it was! This home was perfect for three friends vacationing together. Each of us had our own large bedroom and en-suite and the gathering rooms are very large. We enjoyed mornings, afternoons, and evenings on the patio watching the airport air traffic (which dies around 19:00 each evening) and many, many hours in the beautiful pool where we met other owners in the building but most of the time were by ourselves. I've stayed in so many house shares that provide barely the basics. This home is STOCKED with everything you'd need in the Kitchen and bathrooms and everything is high end. It is still recovering from the effects of Irma but nothing that we felt was a big inconvenience. Can't wait for my next visit and to see the progress of the recovery. Sint Maarten/St Martin is such a lovely place and it hurts my heart to see the destruction that Irma caused but it warms my heart that the people have not lost their wonderful, friendly spirit and things are progressing in getting back to normal.

Amazing!!!

Wow!! Is all I have to say about this place. So beautiful and clean. They have everything you could need for a stay plus more. Comfy beds and pillows, big showers, plenty of closet space with hangers. They have tons of kitchen items if you want to stay in and cook. We have never stayed at a condo with this many extras, which is very nice since you are traveling out of the country and don’t want to pack extra stuff if not needed. The hot tub was perfect at night to relax and watch the last few planes fly in. If you are a plane enthusiast this is the place for you!!! It was never too loud and most of the big planes were done by around 7. There were little planes all day but they are quieter. The pool was also nice. We had it to ourselves most of the time. The location is super convenient. You can walk to Maho Beach and the sunset bar beside it or go across the beach and there is a grocery store and other bars and restaurants. And this island has so many restaurants and bars it is crazy you would need a month or longer to go to all of them. Any place that we couldn’t go to by walking we got a taxi and ended up calling the same driver the whole week which was also great. Check out was easy and Mike answered all questions quickly. So if you’re looking for a place to stay and want to be close to the airport, this is your place. Thank you for sharing your beautiful condo with us. We will be back someday.!!!!

This was an amazing home with amazing views and amenities. Mike was a great host and always available to answer questions or give extra advice when needed. Amazing location, beautiful property

The property was exactly as pictured. Everything was immaculately cleaned upon our arrival. There's a hot tub and pool for use. The hot tub is private but I think the pool is part of the common area. The kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. There's two grocery stores less than 10 minutes away (one small and one larger) and we were able to enjoy our breakfast at the condo each morning. The view of the bay is lovely and unobstructed. Mike was very responsive to messages and questions. You won't be disappointed.

Relaxation with a great view!

The property was in a great location, next to the airport with great views. We enjoyed the pool and had it to ourselves all week. We enjoyed the great food in St. Maarten so we didn't cook in the unit but it would be a great kitchen to cook if you wanted and so many wonderful places outside to sit and eat with wonderful views! We really enjoyed our family time in the condo and spent a lot of time sitting outside and really enjoyed watching the planes take off and land! It was very roomy and beautiful. It was so hard to leave and would love to come back!

Amazing Birthday Trip

My and 3 of my close friends decided to visit St Maarten for my birthday. We select the condo based on photos and closeness to beach. The photos did no justice it was more breathtaking in person. We enjoyed the location and the amazing views. Mike was very responsive prior to our arrival and available once we checked in and if we had any issues. I would highly recommend staying here. I will definitely be back for another visit.

I recently stayed here with my sister and friend and this condo is amazing! Location is perfect and you can walk to many restaurants, hookah lounge, and a casino near Maho Beach, and most importantly the condo is secure and the community is gated with guards upon entry at night. Mike was wonder and got back to us immediately with any questions and concerns we had prior to arrival and while we were there. The view from the condo was amazing and rooftop pool area is sic!!! Will be staying here again when I come back to Sint Maarteen.

We have never been to such a beautiful place, but the house is what sealed the experience. From the manager, Mike, to the amenities of hot tub, pool, and updated kitchen and appliances. The location allowed you to be 400 yards from airport to watch all planes fly in and out to the north, maho beach out to the west, and Simpson bay to the east. Gated entry, and elevator to get to room. This place was amazing. We will be staying here again.
