Charming beachfront condo, sleeps 2, with an intimacy not found in high-rises.

This second-floor unit has a full view of the beach, the pool, and amazing sunsets.

The unit has all the conveniences you need - a large kitchen, king bed, a full bath with a walk-in shower, and TVs in both the bedroom and living room.

You are minutes away from shops and restaurants in Clearwater Beach to the North and Indian Rocks to the south. Chateau is vintage Florida - a small complex with only 15 units - a true beach experience.

Hang out at the tiki-covered picnic tables for lunches, happy hour, and sunsets.

Miles of white sands and glistening blue waters await right outside your condo!

Gates from the pool area provide direct beach access.

Little Treasure

This was a perfect get a way. The beach was right out the door which is what I was looking for. Loved that it was small and not a high rise just perfect. We will be back same time next year! Loved it!

Nice beachfront

The check in process was not clear. The condo was well equipped for a small space. If you like to walk to restaurants or shopping, this is not the place to go - you have to drive. The trolly doesn't stop in this area. If you like a quiet, cozy place, this will work for you. I was disappointed that the pool was not heated. Very cold! The sunsets were great though and the beach is right there. Friendly folks all around.

Hurricane Ian 2 hour stay

The property itself was nice, the room was nice too, I would like to have stayed but mandatory evacuation (hurricane Ian) did not allow us to enjoy our reservation. I tried to edit our arrival date to arrive one day earlier and it was available but no one knew how to add it. We stayed in a nearby hotel our first night in the area. We check into 6W at 4PM and were evacuated after a walk on the beach by 6PM. We had not unpacked so it was easy to leave but we received no compensation at all from Florida Beach Rental company. We thought we might get the cleaning fee since we were inside the condo about 30 minutes. Lesson learned, travel insurance is the only way to get any type of refund, even if you are evacuated by a hurricane. This was a very expensive 2 hours at a condo. We will no longer book with agencies on VRBO. I will only book using individual owners. I have always had good communications from owners so I will stick with that from now on.

On the ocean. We enjoyed location because it wasn't as touristy. Everything we needed was in the unit
