Situated in picturesque Te Awamutu Terracotta Cottage guest house is a traditional styled cottage with the charm of the 1930’s and offers single, family or whole house accommodation for tourists, travelers or itinerant workers.
The property also has a converted self-contained granny flat.
So, if you book entire 3-bedroom house, you will share property with unit at the back. You will occupy entire property If you book 2 dwellings 3-bedroom house and a granny flat at the back .aa (contact us for more detail if you need)
We offer free parking and free Wi Fi.
We are very close to amenities in town only a few hundred meter away.

The property is located 19 km from Hamilton Airport, 20 km from Mystery Creek Events Centre, 25 km from Waikato University, 29 km from St. Peters Cathedral, 29 Km from Waikato Institute of Technology, 29 km from beautiful Hamilton Gardens, 29 km from the Hamilton High Court, 30 km from Waikato Stadium and 45 km from Waitomo Glow Worm Caves.

The cottage offers living room, dining room and fully appointed kitchen with microwave, oven, toaster and jug. Continental breakfast is also available for the convenience of guests by extra fee an on request.

Reservations available include booking the entire house or a self-contained granny flat. Or book entire property including 3-bedroom house and a self-contained granny flat.

OUR ROOMS
All bedrooms are a comfortable size with fresh linen and towels provided. The family bedroom has a queen bed and one single bed with ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed. The third bedroom also has a queen bed and separate bathroom and toilet facilities. Guest testimonials confirm our beds are very cozy and comfortable.

Thanks for hosting us! We had a good stay. House was clean and tidy. It's not a new house, but was clean and comfortable. Good communication, apart from a hiccup with the access code at the start which was quickly corrected. Happy to recommend this accommodation.

Good size house for a family get together, great hot water, comfortable house. Soft beds, big backyard. On a main road (trucks), no dishwasher, few kitchen utensils. But supermarket conveniently only 200m away. We had fun. As expected for the good price.

This place is a dump

Really old. Really cold. On a main road where trucks thunder past 24 hours per day 7 days a week shaking the house. This place is just plain awful.

Lovely Home

Apart from the ants and all the grapefruit outside it was a great place to stay. Handy being across the road pretty much from the supermarket etc. Would stay again, hosts are very lovely and accomodating.
