The first floor of this home offers a wonderful open floor plan with a well equipped kitchen, living room with dining area, full bathroom with tub/shower, and a convenient first floor bedroom with king bed.

The second floor has another full bathroom with tub/shower separating two large rooms, one with a queen bed, and the other room with three twin beds. The water views on the second floor are even better than the first floor.

The back yard is modest but has an area with outdoor dining, a gas grill, and an enclosed outdoor shower. And it is a pleasant surprise to be the last house on this private dead-end road.

Amenities include; dishwasher, gas stove, drip coffee maker, washer and dryer in the basement, 1 television with expanded cable, wireless internet, central air conditioning, kayak, bikes, foosball table, and 6 beach chairs. Sheets and Towels are not Included.
