Enjoy this immaculate 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath summer home featuring bright colors and hardwood floors throughout. Central Air Conditioning has been added to the property. You'll find a spacious eat in kitchen, two living space areas both with cable televisions. Relax on the rear porch or front deck, perfect for outdoor dining or reading a book. The backyard is adjacent to Chase Park; the home is located very close to activities in Town-- Chatham Band Concerts, Chatham Angler's ballgames, restaurants, shopping, coffee, ice cream, galleries, playground and so much more!

There is one bedroom on the first floor with a Queen bed. On the second floor there is a second bedroom with a Queen bed, third bedroom with two Twin beds side by side and the fourth bedroom with king bed and private bath. There is a second full bath on the second floor. Off of the living room and kitchen on the first floor there is another full bath.

**** CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY ****
Upon cancellation for ANY reason, money will be refunded less a 20% service fee of the total rental amount due, ONLY if the property is re-rented for the same terms and conditions of the original Agreement. Tenant further acknowledges and agrees that where Kinlin Grover Compass undertakes to re-let the property, the rental fee to be charged to the substitute tenant shall be in an amount to be determined in the reasonable discretion of Kinlin Grover Compass and Owner. Tenant agrees that any cancellation of the reservation, undertaken at any time, shall not be effective unless in writing and delivered to Kinlin Grover Compass.

Beautiful family home near town

Our family of five loved our stay in this beautiful, cozy home. It was in a quiet neighborhood just a short walk from coffee, shops, baseball and everything else in town. The house itself is so cute, well decorated and comfortable with plenty of space inside and out to enjoy our time together. We have stayed in a lot of VRBOs over the years and this one topped our list. Thank you!
