If you are looking for the ideal Ocean City vacation rental, Oceans Mist 301 delivers it all! Conveniently located on the 6th Street on the oceanfront, this stunning condo hits the trifecta - it overlooks the boardwalk, the beach AND the ocean! This property offers a spacious condo in an ideal location and is large enough for your family of up to 12. Oceans Mist has a beautiful outdoor pool, outdoor shower and elevator and this condo even includes 3 parking spots. All the comforts of home and more! Condo includes a full kitchen, WIFI, four TVs, and three full bathrooms. Note the fireplace is strictly decorative. Bed sizes include a king and a queen sleep sofa in the oceanfront primary, a king bed in the second and also in the third bedroom and 2 queen sleep sofa in the living area. Guest supplies all sheets towels soaps and paper products.
An optional linen package is available for purchase for this property and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo. There is a washer and dryer in the condo for your convenience.
This condo rents Sunday to Sunday in season and any three nights in the off season. Please note the pool closes annually a week after Labor Day.
Non-smoking, non-vaping. No pets, please. Property owner does not rent to groups under the age of 25.

Made fun family memories

We had a FANTASTIC time! Check in on Sunday is convenient -- less traffic and really quick pick up of welcome packet at realtor's office. The condo is very nice and quite spacious for our family of 11. It's in a perfect location with an amazing beach view and great balcony for people watching on the boardwalk. We're looking forward to visiting again and will be happy to rent this same condo

We had a wonderful time. The condo was very nice. The only real complaint is that the screen to the master bedroom was broken and would not go up. Therefore we lost the ocean view from that room as well as being able to go in and out that screen door.

This condo is beautiful and very spacious. The view of the ocean is gorgeous. We loved being right on the boardwalk too. There are many great restaurants close by. We really loved shopping at the outlets!

Better than I could have hoped

This condo was fantastic! The location is unbeatable and the property was very comfortable and clean, it was the perfect size for my 8-person party. I think the only concern voiced by my group had to do with the stiffness of the beds, you might want to pack a soft mattress cover. But overall this condo was perfect. I will definitely be looking into a return visit someday in the future.

Property was big and nice. But stripped down. Be nice if property management would give minimal items at check in like a roll of toilet paper. Nothing is provided. Lock was a key with odd way to open. (Even though a key pad was part of lock)

Great location + Spacious living space + Amazing views!

This property was very nice; great location on the boardwalk, living area and rooms were nice sizes, kitchen cookware provided (my mom loved the sea/sand themed plates/cups), and amazing sunrise/beach views...and dolphin sightings!! There were 8 adults, 3 young adults and one child in our party and the condo was very spacious, even with the two sleeper sofas pulled out we were still able to walk around the living room. We paid for the linen package and that worked out well. We really enjoyed our stay...our time spent on the balcony, beach, and boardwalk made great memories! Things we found challenging: there is not a "lobby"(only a space large enough to hold two suitcase dollies), only one elevator, and the only way to/from the beach was through the back alley/lobby.

We enjoyed our stay. The unit was much larger than expected. A few things need to be supplied by the owner for future tenants. All in all we had a great Thanksgiving. We really didn’t talk to property owner.

Beautiful unit.

Stayed there many times since the unit was built in 2006. This unit in particular was a lot dirtier then expected. There is mold in the shower. All the floors need to be washed desperately. I can go on and on about how you need a new cleaning service but ultimately the unit is gorgeous.

Location was great Balcony was perfect. Inside of condo was amazing. The only complaint was the noise level from people on the boardwalk at night. Lots of people out until at least 2 am made it hard to enjoy the peaceful beach at night.

Tout était parfait…….Vue exceptionnelle sur l’océan , emplacement fantastique près de tout. Lits comfortables , condo très spacieux et surtout très propre. Le seul bémol, il a fallu payer un extra pour avoir les draps pour les lits , les serviettes et débarbouillettes ainsi que le papier de toilettes……. Nous reviendrons sans fautes et espérer que cette unité soi encore disponible.
