Everything was great. The property is spacious and clean and had everything we needed except shower products, so just make sure you bring your own shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. It was a great location, and it was nice and quiet also. I'll be booking again when I go to visit with family in the future.

Parking continued to be an issue, neighbors continually parked in our assigned spots. Several items need attention to give all the comforts of 'home'. T.P. holder in Primary was not functioning. NO shampoo or soft soap provided. Ironically soft soap dispensers were present, just empty. No idea where the trash / recycle bins were located a 'garage' was mentioned though there was NO garage at our location. No 'personalization' of the facility, just a cold, non-inviting accommodation. New facility but signs of use were apparent and needed attention. Carpets already show signs of wear.

Parking is assigned, but unfortunately we cannot control when other residents or visitors park improperly, though we do address reports as quickly as possible. Toiletries are provided according to the listing, and any maintenance issues reported during your stay would have been addressed promptly. We appreciate your comments and will use them to continue improving the guest experience.
