Everton's place is top notch

The location, customer service and the pricing makes this place totally worth it. I can attest to the safety, as there is 24 hour security at the gate. It's my second time here and will remain my go-to spot in Ochi.

We recently stayed a few nights and it was great. It looks just looks the pics and the host was very helpful prior to our arrival. Ideal location to check out the area. Made use of the pool and beach passes. The host helped us out on local travel arrangements which was brilliant. Happily recommend a stay here. Bars and shops a short walk away and close to the beach and town. Thoughtful touches from the host including cold water, tea coffee etc ready for our arrival and a housekeeping service (she was a lovely lady). A simply great stay all round.

Ochos Rios convenient & homey

This apartment is the perfect size for an adult couple. It’s an older residential complex but it’s super convenient to Ochos Rios. Restaurants, shopping, beach and entertainment are all minutes away on foot. There is a pool on site. Taxis and tours are readily available.

Clean, safe and right in town

The title says it all. Plus, the kitchen was pretty well stocked. Also, you really don't need the AC. I just turned on ceiling fans and opened the balcony doors. Place stayed nice and cool. Would definitely book Everton's place again.

I love the beachfront location of Ligtescape! Unit is very clean, exactly as pictured. As a senior traveler its conveniently close to Ocho Rios town centre and tourist attractions. Easy walking distance in 2-5 mins to the beach, a range of casual and fine dining shops and tons of shopping and local street.

Cozy and comfy

The place is amazing, clean and comfy. The accommodation match all the description online, everything works. The location is very central. I literally parked my car and walk to restaurants and other entertainment places. It’s secure with 24 hours security service.

Well appointed vacation home! Just 20 steps to beach! Very close to grocery stores and a wide variety of eateries! In spite of a few inconveniences, I love, love this place and will definitely a returning guest to Fisherman's Point! Everton, the host was extremely prompt responding to any queries; very helpful and professional service!

I had an absolutely wonderful stay. The apartment was clean and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby attractions and transportation. The neighborhood felt very safe. The host was responsive. They provided clear instructions for check-in and were always available to answer any questions I had during my stay. Their hospitality truly made me feel at home. It’s the ideal home away from home. Exceed expectations

If Ocho Rios is your destination, this is a must. The property is very secure and there are a slew of restaurants all within walking distance. The owner is very responsive and issues are addressed within minutes of you reaching out. The unit is very clean, and there is nothing I could even think of that I could complain about except that I should have booked a longer vacation. Kudos to property owner for delivering a solid positive experience.

Great location

The listing is accurate and true. The unit was all we needed. One bedroom, one bath (off the bedroom). Everything was clean and tidy. The property and grounds are very well kept. The location can not be beat. You are within walking distance to everything you need. The property host was great and kept ensuring we had everything we needed. I will be returning!

Centrally Located

Everton and his cleaning lady were very nice and helpful during my stay. The hot water was not working the first night and he was prompt when offering assistance. The biggest problem we had were the ants. The cleaning lady came and cleaned them out on our second day but they persisted. The unit is some what dated but if you are just looking for a place to stay without any bells and whistles or amenities then this is for you.

Great Location! Some Updates Needed

We stayed at this property from Jan 18-21. Location was absolutely fabulous! Right off the cruise ship pier, walking distance to everything in downtown Ochi. Great restaurants and shopping + amazing beach walking distance. If you’re looking for somewhere to stay that’s close to everything in Ochi, this is a great unit. The property itself needs updating. Everything worked perfectly fine. Just some TLC needed since use over time. Also, it would be a nice touch to have a couple of bottles of water available on arrival. By the time we travelled and got settled, we could have surely used it! Everton was great to deal with. Process to check in/out was seamless. Would stay here again with minor updates to the overall unit. But served our needs for the 3 days we were here.
