Located in the quiet Bethany West** residential neighborhood with two community pools plus kiddie pool, tennis/pickleball courts, fitness center and a new playground, this lovely home boasts a spacious open living and dining area and bright sunny beach kitchen with granite countertops. Amenities feature central air conditioning, full kitchen including microwave, coffee makers (Keurig and drip), stainless dishwasher and refrigerator, washer/dryer, gas grill, outside shower, 4 Smart/Firestick TVs, DVD player, and WiFi. Relax and unwind while sitting out on the GREAT screened porch with lots of seating or one of the two large open decks. Outdoor Smart TV in the covered outdoor entertainment area under the house with pool table, corn hole, ring toss, and seating area. Bright open rooms with plenty of places to hang out or escape for some quiet time and read a book. Kids will enjoy bike riding throughout the quiet, shady streets of the community or take the Bethany town beach shuttle to the boardwalk for an evening stroll and ice cream! Includes 2 resident Bethany parking permits for parking at the beach. Awesome property and just the place to make those special beach vacation memories.

The house was perfect for our family. We had grandparents, parents and grandchildren. There was enough room to spread out and have a variety of activities happening at the same time. And the game room on the first level was a tremendous hit! We loved it!

Been vacationing in Bethany for 35+ years -- this location is excellent for a stay, parking is great for a big family, good space for everyone. Enjoyed the game area and screened in porch. Cleanliness was our biggest complaint. Needs a deep clean.

I love the layout of the house. Very big and spacious. Furniture in good shape and cozy. Television great. Many of them! The downstairs playroom was a great added bonus for us all. I feel the kitchen pots and pans need to be replaced- could be cleaner. Also wish we knew about all the beach chairs we wouldn’t have brought ours and it wasn’t clear about the linen - I paid for it and I also packed all of our own. Could have left that home as well.
