When you need a relaxing beach get away, look no further. We are located in a quiet neighborhood right on the bay and very close to Bethany Beach. The views from our roof top decks will inspire your journey to relaxation. Our property has outdoor ring spotlight/doorbell cameras for your safety.

Family Beach Vacation

We had a great family vacation. We had a family group of 15, which included 5 children. The house was in a great location and easy to get to the beach and other things to do. The home was very clean and was the perfect size for our group.

Beautiful home!

Very spacious and beautifully updated home on the bay! Our group included four families with young children and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and not feel on top of each other. The kitchen was fully equipped and having two ovens was extremely helpful! Would love to return in the future and would highly recommend!

Wonderful Family Vacation

The entire family enjoyed the space! Well stocked kitchen for large groups. Lots of games, puzzles, movies for all ages. Great place for families with kids. Convenient to grocery store and short drive to the beach! Lots of great memories made here!

Big house with lots of rooms

My family stayed here for a week and were very happy with the house. 13 of us in total had plenty of room to sleep and spend time together. Owner is extremely fast to respond to any messages.

Great Getaway Location

This house immaculate and the location is great, just a quick drive to the beach. Our family gathered to celebrate my parents 50th wedding anniversary by doing a joint beach vacation. We couldn't be happier with the house, location, and the responsiveness of the owners. We had a minor problem accessing the house at check-in, but the owners were very accessible and helped resolve the issue immediately. Thank you for letting our family enjoy your beautiful home!

Wonderful Family Vacation

The house was clean and spacious, easily accommodating our family of 14 (8 adults, 6 young kids). Our favorite room was the kitchen and family room - the open floor plan allowed the adults to relax in the kitchen/dining area while the kids played comfortably in the next room. The location was convenient, being only 20 minutes or less from multiple beaches. We had an amazing time and would definitely stay here again.

Fun Family Spot

We arrived at a beach house on the coldest day of the year and were pleasantly surprised the house all warmed up for us. The kitchen had the core cooking utensilsnand hearty appliances and the house had comfortable, sturdy furniture.

Perfect Getaway

This rental was perfect! Although the weather did not cooperate, the house made our golf trip enjoyable. The house was easy to locate and very well kept up! It has plenty of room to relax (so your not on top of each other). We look forward to renting this house again next year for our trip! Girls Weekend

This house was perfect for a girls long weekend. There was plenty of sleeping room for the 9 of us. The view of the bay was beautiful. We would of loved to have used the decks but the weather did not cooperate. The main living area had a table that had plenty of room for our group to sit around and play games. The furniture in the family room was so comfy and so were the beds. Since we didn't have great weather we took a short uber ride to Salted Vines Winery which was really nice. I would definitely recommend this beautiful home by the bay.

Exceptional!!!

This home was above and beyond our expectations, and those expectations were high based on the photos and description on its VRBO listing. When our family (all three generations of us) first entered the property, everyone was extremely impressed, especially our grandchildren who were ecstatic and couldn't wait to send photos of the house to their friends! We'd selected Bethany Beach for our family reunion and our home quickly became the favorite gathering place for our clan. There was plenty of space that included two massive decks on top, along with a closet full of beach gear...chairs and umbrellas, as well as plastic shovels and buckets for building sand castles. Your wonderful home certainly earned our highest recommendation!

Dream Beach House

The beach house exceeded our expectations, it was big enough for our extended family of 9 adults and 3 kids. Each family had their own floor, bedrooms, bathrooms and there was plenty of space for all of us to hang out together in the living room/kitchen/dining room floor. The view from the upper decks was great, frequently used as a quiet napping space for some time in the sun. The driveway had room for all our vehicles to come and go without moving vehicles around a ton. The house was very clean and had the essential in the kitchen to cook meals. One of the things that we loved was the proximity to Bethany Beach and nature trails. From the house you could walk to James Farm, bike to Prickly Pear, drive to DiFebos Market or head West to Evens Park for some pickleball. For those in our family that were part of the antique car shows in OCMD, it wasn’t that bad of a trip south. If we had to say there was a con, it would really be more of a wish list item because there were a lot of steps and no elevator but who doesn’t need more exercise and the view is worth the hike up to the top floors! We opened the shades everyday so we could see every bit of the view. Thank you Terry, Charlie and Steven for sharing your beautiful home with our family!

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean, well kept and great location. Our code did not work for check in but the owner took care of that as quickly as possible. Tennis court code was incorrect, but we were still able to enjoy all the amenities.

I had an amazing stay with my family at this home! The home is incredibly spacious, perfect for relaxing or entertaining, and it’s even better than the photos. The highlight was definitely the view. Waking up to the view of the bay every morning was unforgettable. The house was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was also very responsive and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. I would absolutely stay here again and I highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with beautiful surroundings!

Mothers Getaway

The house was absolutely beautiful! We did not expect there to be so much stairs especially since we had 3 babies traveling with us. We were notified 2 days before arrival that the linen and paper products (paper towel, toilet paper etc) would not be provided. I wish that information would have been available to us prior to booking so that we would have been better prepared. Otherwise we loved the house it was beautiful and clean and plenty of space for everyone to spread out.

We have high speed internet, and if you can’t disconnect, a fully functional office with scanner/printer etc .This quiet community just 5 mile drive from Bethany Beach and eleven miles from Dewey Beach, is also conveniently located only a mile away from the grocery store G&E , liquor store, BIG FISH restaurant and sports bar, and a golf course – par 3.

What makes this property unique

Bay views for miles

At the house we have high speed wireless internet, cable TV with every channel you need to watch (yes, ESPN channels), TV's in 4 bedrooms, 3 TV's with a DVD players, an office with a computer, printer/scanner etc. We have a fully stocked kitchen, magazines and books to read, DVD movies to watch on a rainy day, playing cards, puzzles, games, and 7 tons of A/C to keep you cool on the hot summer days. We have most everything you need to head to the beach, chairs, toys etc. Fish or Crab from local waterways and docks near the Indian River bridge. (State fishing license may be required) Fishing is not permitted from the community dock due to HOA regulations.

ALL TENANTS MUST BRING THEIR OWN LINENS, (2 KINGS, 2 QUEENS, 3 FULL, 2 TWINS), Pillow Covers (2 per bed) and TOWELS, paper towels, toilet paper etc. THESE ARE NOT PROVIDED.
