When you need a relaxing beach get away, look no further. We are located in a quiet neighborhood right on the bay and very close to Bethany Beach. The views from our roof top decks will inspire your journey to relaxation. Our property has outdoor ring spotlight/doorbell cameras for your safety.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It was very clean, well kept and great location. Our code did not work for check in but the owner took care of that as quickly as possible. Tennis court code was incorrect, but we were still able to enjoy all the amenities.

I had an amazing stay with my family at this home! The home is incredibly spacious, perfect for relaxing or entertaining, and it’s even better than the photos. The highlight was definitely the view. Waking up to the view of the bay every morning was unforgettable. The house was clean, well-equipped, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was also very responsive and answered any questions we had in a timely manner. I would absolutely stay here again and I highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway with beautiful surroundings!

Fantastic weeklong beach getaway

We love staying at this property. We’ve got a big group with grandparents and several grandkids. This is our 2nd time staying and the place is great. Very clean and plenty of room for our big group. Also just a short drive to Bethany, which is our favorite beach. All in all, a fantastic place to stay! Can’t wait to be back again next year!

Very spacious and beautifully updated home on the bay! Our group included four families with young children and there was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and not feel on top of each other. Why they chose this property

We have high speed internet, and if you can’t disconnect, a fully functional office with scanner/printer etc .This quiet community just 5 mile drive from Bethany Beach and eleven miles from Dewey Beach, is also conveniently located only a mile away from the grocery store G&E , liquor store, BIG FISH restaurant and sports bar, and a golf course – par 3.

What makes this property unique

Bay views for miles

At the house we have high speed wireless internet, cable TV with every channel you need to watch (yes, ESPN channels), TV's in 4 bedrooms, 3 TV's with a DVD players, an office with a computer, printer/scanner etc. We have a fully stocked kitchen, magazines and books to read, DVD movies to watch on a rainy day, playing cards, puzzles, games, and 7 tons of A/C to keep you cool on the hot summer days. We have most everything you need to head to the beach, chairs, toys etc. Fish or Crab from local waterways and docks near the Indian River bridge. (State fishing license may be required) Fishing is not permitted from the community dock due to HOA regulations.

ALL TENANTS MUST BRING THEIR OWN LINENS, (2 KINGS, 2 QUEENS, 3 FULL, 2 TWINS), Pillow Covers (2 per bed) and TOWELS, paper towels, toilet paper etc. THESE ARE NOT PROVIDED.
