Casa Aqua Vista is a stunning luxury beachfront San Felipe Vacation Rental in Rancho Percebu, just south of San Felipe Mexico.
This 2,500 square foot five-bedroom home sleeps up to 18 guests with four queen bedrooms and one king bedroom. The gourmet open-concept kitchen features modern appliances, a breakfast bar with four high-top seats, and two dining tables seating eleven.
The main living room offers a billiards table, large sectional sofa, loveseat, and flat-screen TV. Two private en-suite bathrooms have been recently upgraded. Just steps away, enjoy a sparkling community pool and direct Sea of Cortez beach access just a 2-minute walk away.
Day trips to Puertecitos Hot Springs, Valley of the Giant Sahuaros, and Gonzaga Bay are within easy reach. Grocery stores, restaurants, and Downtown San Felipe are just 30 minutes away. Check-in is from 3PM to 8PM. After 8PM, there is a $25 late check-in fee.
