The gourmet kitchen features stainless steel appliances, cherry oak cabinetry, a gas stove, breakfast bar, coffee maker, toaster, blender, dual sinks, and a quiet dishwasher.
The living room has tiled floors, leather furniture, and a 55-inch flat-screen TV with sliding glass doors to the patio. The first bedroom has a queen bed, vintage dresser, built-in shelving, and a private walk-in shower bathroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed, colorful accents, spacious closet, and access to a family bathroom with a walk-in shower.
This home sleeps 4 (air mattresses welcome for 2 more, max 6). The private patio leads to a rooftop deck with desert-inspired decor — perfect for dining with a view. A propane BBQ is available (garage, use outside). Community amenities include a swimming pool (11am-3pm), tennis courts, game room, and beach access.
The gated community is 20 minutes from shops, restaurants, golf, and nightlife. Monthly rentals available with utilities extra.
Check-in is 3PM-8PM with a $25 late fee after 8PM.
