Perfect Location!

Location was perfect! We were able to walk to restaurants, shops, the Polynesian Spa, and along the lakefront. A nice park is just across the street. The rental had everything we needed and comfortable beds.

All the Mod Cons

This lovely property has aircons everywhere, toilets to spare and the most comfortable beds. Views and location wonderful. Walking distance to Eat Street was a bonus.

A great location in Rotorua with parking. We had a running event and the house was a great place to return to with a spa and easy access to Eat Street. Spacious with a whānau feel. Loved it!

Perfect location

The location was the wonderful! Close to everything. It was way more than I expected. The balcony was great for sitting out on in the evening. Hot tub makes the place extra special. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to friends and family.

So perfect and so much to do

Wonderful place. We stayed for 5 days and could have easily stayed busy for 10. Perfect location - so many things within a 20 minute walk. So many more with in 20 minute drive. A dozen great restaurants within 500 ft! Super comfortable and great host. Bikes also available at the property!

Fabulous location

We stayed 3 nights and loved every minute of our stay. The location is perfect for walking to eat street, beautiful gardens, spas, playgrounds and more. Easy drive to the luge and other attractions. And as for the house, it was wonderful. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting on the balcony looking at the view while our girls (2yo and 4yo) happily entertained themselves with some of the extras included at the house. If we come back to Rotorua I wouldn't consider staying anywhere else.

We loved the location, as we walked to park directly opposite. ice cream shop down the street 2 min walk. House was perfect for our needs. our kids enjoyed the spa pool and appreciated the few toys in the cupboard. thank you. we would definitely book to stay again.

Fabulous home & fantastic location!

Wonderful home located centrally in downtown Rotorua. Well stocked kitchen, multiple bathrooms & a hot tub! What's not to love?! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony in the afternoon sun, enjoying views of the lake and taking it all in. It was easy to walk anywhere downtown, and we were only a block or so from the I-Site, the Downton bus stop & in a different direction, Eat Street. Highly recommend!

Location was great, very convenient to Eat Street and facing a park so it was quiet. Unit was very clean. We didn't use the hot tub. The only negative item I'd note is that the dryer takes a very long time to dry clothes, even on high.
