Great for what we needed

The house is cute and has mostly everything it needs. The bedrooms are big and so are the tv’s. . We didn’t use it because it was cold but the outdoor space and screen room were really, really nice.

Good stay overall

This property was clean and pet friendly. The screen porch was particularly nice. I did lose a small item and have not been able to get in touch with them to see if it was found, but I realize that is mostly on me.

Home w/deck review

Totally enjoyed my stay. Loved the enclosed patio and porch area. The second step of porch wasn’t secure and railing on steps in carport was loose. Couple in B were nice and very friendly dog. Met a few of neighbors who were friendly. Will definitely stay here again next time in the area

Wish we found this sooner

Finally found a great local spot to stay near Campbell University. Unfortunately, it was graduation day for our crew! May be back for a game in the future.

Comfortable but dated

Property was clean and comfortable but is on a main route that is very busy and loud. Refrigerator is extremely noisy. Everything worked but was old and dated.

Convenient but smelly

This property is convenient, centrally located, and dog friendly, but the outdoor porch area has a strong odor of cat pee. The inside isn’t as bad, but you can definitely smell it outside and in the laundry area.
Response from VrboOwner on 6 July 2023
Hi Richard, thank you for your review! The homeowner wanted to share the following: As private homeowners offering our home to guests for short-term rental, we work very hard to ensure our home is maintained and ready for our guests. Our home is professionally cleaned before each check-in, so we were surprised by your comment regarding the smell. We kindly disagree with you. This is a well-ventilated home so we are unaware of any smell you are referring to. Our service partner works very hard to clean the linens after each guest's stay and provides air fresheners between each stay. In addition, we provide guests with complimentary water. We are quick to respond and invite guests to contact us with any questions or concerns during their stay. It is our pleasure to help in any way that we can. Our commitment to all our guests is to make the best possible stay, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests as evidenced in all other reviews.

Lillington, NC

In town for work and visit from our Marine (Camp LeJeune). The residence is fantastic. Very spacious, clean, and within reach of many amenities. A quaint small town in central NC within 25 min. drive to many other offerings. Had a few hiccups, (internet) but should not fall on the residence management. They went above and beyond to rectify the problem and even offered a longer stay or cash app for the inconvenience. Some construction traffic on the main road should not deter anyone from staying at this residence.

This is a nice, conveniently located property but cats have been allowed to pee in and around the porch area. The smell just can’t be masked (even though there are no less than 3 air fresheners in every room of the house).

We would gladly stay here again

Clean home. Very comfortable king bed (only used primary bedroom.) Nice linens throughout the home. There is a bottled water cooler dispensing hot/cold water. Well equipped kitchen & bathrooms, with usual necessities and several extras travellers often forget (bottles of water, laundry supplies, shampoo, body wash, toothbrushes, etc.) We stayed for a week for personal reasons. There were a few issues typical with home ownership. The owner was very professional, apologetic and quick to respond. We needed to be available for their friendly maintenance person and owner compensated us with a gift card for our inconvenience.
