Renovated Historic 3 bedroom Home in the West End RPSH002

This completely renovated historic home offers the finest furnishings and accommodations for you and your guests. A chefs kitchen opens to a private backyard patio with a gas grill and outdoor shower. The dining area has a beautiful round pedestal table that seats 6 and opens up to a comfortable living room equipped with a gas log fireplace for those chilly evenings. The owner has decorated with a combination of new and vintage furnishings, many with a nautical theme. Total comfort and fine amenities all within a very short walk to the exciting village center. Muscle Beach Gym and Liz's Cafe are across the street. Also nearby are Victor's, Joon Bar, Tea Dance at the Boat Slip and much more. P-town bikes is around the corner if you're looking to peddle to one of the nearby beaches. The driveway accommodates one parked car.
There are two ensuite bedrooms; one on the main level with a king bed and another upstairs with a queen bed, a guest room with a queen bed and full bath off the hallway. The house has central air and heat and has a full sized washer/dryer. There is a small patio with a gas grill and an outdoor shower. Linens and towels are provided as well as beach towels. Sunday to Sunday rental mid-June to mid-September . Three night rentals available at all other times except for a 4 night minimum for Memorial Day weekend. Cleaning fee on all rentals fewer than 7 nights of $300. ----The property has a basement level apartment rented year-round to a man who works in town. Your cooperation in assuring a degree of respect for his occupancy is appreciated.----***Subject to all applicable taxes and fees.

The location here is great. Right where west and central p town meet, it's a couple minutes to Tea and a few more minutes to everything else. The property was clearly renovated sometime recently with a nice attention to detail. The management was responsive to a few minor issues we had. Overall, we'd definitely stay here again.

The place is perfect for 7 people or less - we had 5. Great looking home inside and out, great art, comfortable rooms and very updated/clean bathrooms. The kitchen has everything you can need. Loved it!

We called this wonderful house our home for bear week 2018! It has everything you could need or want - contemporary interiors, a 2 minute walk to the action on Commercial Street, located on a quiet street for a restful sleep and the grocery store very close by. A well appointed kitchen, super comfortable beds, clean and bright shared space leave you wanting nothing! This is the house to stay when in Provincetown.definitely will be back in 2019!

We love the layout of the home (and the artwork!). It is very comfortable and well-appointed. The property manager, Gordon, was very responsive and incredibly helpful. We will be back!

Really lovely home, and the rental agent was exceptional, especially during COVID confusion in April. He was so understanding and provided lots of helpful information and flexibility when we weren't sure what August was going to be like. When we arrived at the place, all windows were wide open and place had been well cleaned so we felt very comfortable. Also just a beautiful property that is thoughtful decorated and maintained. We had 2 small areas we wish were better: the outdoor space was very basic and bike parking was not easy. But overall really good experience.

The Perfect Ptown Home

Three couples shared this amazing home for Spookybear weekend and we couldn't have found a nicer place to stay. It's spacious, nicely updated, and was the perfect place to gather friends for a meal or play games on a rainy Saturday. It's a quick walk to the Boatslip or Gifford House, making it extra convenient. Plus, you can see Liz's Cafe from the kitchen window, so you knew when the line was short! Scott, the property manager is super responsive and answered all of our questions. The only small detail we'd change was to maybe increase the hot water temp. :) We'll definitely be returning.
