The Milford Creek also runs behind the property and provides a beautiful bushy short walk right at your door step (access off Seeberg Crt). The unit offers 2 spacious bedrooms, 1 bathroom and an open plan living area, the back fenced courtyard also provides outdoor furniture and an umbrella making this the perfect place to relax.
All within walking distance (10-20 minutes) you will find the Apollo Bay indoor pool, swimming beaches, shopping strip with cafes and restaurants.
