The property is exactly as described and pictured. It is far from the main road, but worth the drive. You don’t want to leave once you get there and you really don’t have to.

It was my second time at Rebel’s Rest and it does not disappoint. The place is very clean, view is amazing, the kitchen is surprisingly equipped, and the Appalachian Trail is right up the street.Check-in went off without a hitch and communication was easy.I hope to be back soon.

Five stars isn’t enough for this place! The mountain views are absolutely stunning, and the hot tub made it even more unforgettable, perfect for relaxing under the open sky. The home was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed. We left feeling refreshed and already talking about coming back. Highly recommend!

Beautiful Sunsets, older cabin, not too steep of a drive up, outside deck is nice and fire pit area out front! Harper’s Ferry Area is cute and full of history! Be in shape to hike and climb while you are here, especially if you plan on doing a ghost walk after walking the town all day! 5 friends girls trip was great!

Quiet oasis

If you are looking for a getaway from all the noise, then this is the place for you. The back balcony overlooking the valley was perfect for relaxing and watching sunsets.

Perfect Easter Getaway

We really enjoyed our long weekend here. Quiet. Beautiful view. Plenty of room and fun things to do for our teenager. Close to Harpers Ferry and great hiking trails.

Amazing Place

This place had the most amazing views of the mountains and the Shenandoah river. The place was very clean and the beds were comfortable as well. There was only one issue with the TV in the play area, but that was resolved. We will definitely stay here again sometime in the future.

The cabin had a nice layout. My adult daughter and her boyfriend enjoyed having a private space in the basement and my teenager enjoyed having the main level bedroom to herself. My husband and I took the upstairs. I can only give a 3 star review as the cabin needs significant deferred maintenance. Examples include: a tile in the kitchen that is held up with tape that's starting to give, many doors are worn, chipped, damaged, there was mold in the bathroom window trim, etc. There also was an odor in the upstairs that I couldn't place, but made my stomach queezy each night. With a little love this cabin could be such a catch. Overall, we enjoyed the stay, the hot tub with an amazing view was well worth the few needed maintenance items. Great location and quick text responses from the manager when we had a question.
