Sunny, Spacious & Pet Friendly - Creekside #39 by Bear Valley Vacation Rentals

Well maintained, centrally located, dog friendly, mountain condo can

accommodate up to 8 guests!



This spacious condo offers two bedrooms, a loft and two bathrooms. The fully

equipped kitchen offers all of the essentials as well as a toaster, coffee

maker, tea kettle and opens up to the living room. The living room boasts

vaulted ceilings, cozy wood burning fireplace, stereo, TV, dining table with

seating for six as well as barstools, a queen futon and a slider leading to

the balcony. The sunny loft offers a queen bed and opens up to the downstairs.

The bedrooms are located downstairs. The back bedroom offers a queen sized bed

and a slider leading to the patio. The secondary bedroom offers two twin beds.

The full sized washer and dryer are located in the bathroom. Renting this

condo you have access to Bear Lake! This condo is a short walk to all village

amenities, including the library, disc golf course, Cross Country and Bear

Valley Adventure Company, snowmobile shop and village center, Bear Valley

Lodge, General Store and restaurants.

Short Term Rental License #2022-108

Our properties always have all beds made, except for the top bunk of bunk

beds, where the linens are provided for guests to make themselves. If the

guest exceeds the number of beds available, there will be an additional charge

$35 per guest and we will need to be notified in advance to ensure proper

accommodations.

Wonderful place to stay - cozy and comfy, clean and organized

Our family of 4 loved the spaciousness and coziness (yes both) of this place. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook home-cooked meals - plenty of dishware and cookware. Love the special touches of the music CDs, Netflix/Amazon, Comfortable living room chair, Soft Towels, and plentiful amount of extra blankets and pillows. Quite roomy for the 4 of us (we had 2 people cancel coming). Definitely could of had the extra people and still be very comfortable. We will definitely plan on staying here again.

Exactly as advertised!

We stayed at Creekside Condo 39 for a wedding and everything was great, exactly as expected and described. A warning that Google Maps doesn't drop a pin right on top of the place, so hunt around in the condos and you'll get there! And just two minor feedback points - trash/recycling wasn't clearly labeled (and hence a bit confusing), and soap is not provided so be sure to BYO.

Great place to stay!

This is a great place to stay. We absolutely love the hospitality. There is always lots to do with the family at Bear Valley and that's why we visit often!
