Modern and Sleek Light-Filled Studio - 3 minute walk to village center!

This Creekside Condo is one of our most popular rentals. It has been well-

maintained and recently upgraded. This condo is perfect for a couple or small

family. The loft offers a queen bed and two twin sleeping pads for children.

The updated kitchen features a new electric range, hood, toaster, coffee

maker, microwave, under cabinet lighting, cooking essentials and opens up to

the living room. The living room offers a thermostatically controlled pellet

stove for extra heat and ambiance. There is a small dining table and

additional seating at the bar which overlooks the kitchen. The bathroom is on

the main level and features a new vanity and is separate from the shower and

toilet. There is a small private, covered deck with a greenbelt that faces the

Bear Valley Lodge pool. Conveniently located near the library and disc golf

course. The condo is a short walk to all village amenities, including the Bear

Valley Adventure Company and gas station, Snowmobile Shop and village

commercial center where The Lodge, General Store, restaurants and bars.

beds, where the linens are provided for guests to make themselves. If the

guest exceeds the number of beds available, there will be an additional charge

$35 per guest and we will need to be notified in advance to ensure proper

accommodations.

We love staying at condos in Bear Valley. We do it often, but this is the first time in Creekside 110. It was just perfect - clean, modern, very comfortable. We even were able to operate the TV. I especially loved having access to the Internet while there. It was a great stay. Bear Valley Vacation Rental staff were also friendly and helpful.

The condo is small and cozy yet feels larger!!! Nice vaulted ceiling. Great kitchen. Stays warm in the winter with a nice pellet stove. I have stayed here several times over the last several years and it’s the first condo I try to book!

My Birthday Weekend

I wanted to visit Bear Valley for my Birthday this year. I rented this condo for the weekend so that I would have a nice place to kick back. It was beautiful in Bear Valley and the condo was real nice and accommedating. It was very nice to have a back balcony to have coffee on in the morning. Watch the birds and wildlife. Would definitely rent from them again.
