About this property

Elegant Town House with Wi-Fi, central location, easy walk to town

Located with a 5 minute walk to the town centre and access to restaurants and shops.
This elegant house is immaculately presented. Furnishings and decoration have been carefully considered. A 2 storey, 3-bedroom home that is perfect for a couple or small family.
Wi-Fi is available and a heat pump / air con depending on your needs.
There is a great flow out to the yard which holds a studio with seating and games.

Please note * there is only off road parking available for 1 vehicle.

Bedroom 1 has a queen bed, bedroom 2 has a single and the upstairs bedroom has a king single.
The internal stairway is very steep and curved. If you have young children in your party please take extra care.

The fire place is non operational.

Strictly no parties or gatherings
There is only off road parking available for 1 vehicle. If you have a ute or larger vehicle like a people mover or a van it may be a tight squeeze in the carport. Additional vehicles will need to park on the berm at the entrance to the driveway.
**IF NECESSARY ADDITIONAL VEHICLES WILL BE TOWED**

Please note there is 1 parking space under the carport , next to the property.
More parking available on the berm at the end of the shared driveway.

Close to town for easy access to shops, eateries and local events.

There is minimal public transport in Taupo although taxi’s and electric scooters are available

Tea, coffee and sugar is provided.
Breakfast isn`t provided.

**Please note that all bedroom and bathroom linens are provided and included in the cleaning rate. You may wish to bring your own pool towels.**
Strictly no parties or gatherings.
Only the maximum number of guests stated on the booking are permitted to stay. If extra guests are found to be at the property they will be asked to leave.
Non compliance of the maximum number of guests or the no party rule may result in eviction without refund.

The host, Vicky, was the best host of any I visited. Very helpful and quick to respond! The place is in a great location in Taupo - walking distance to the restaurant district. It was clean and comfortable. The kitchen was great with very modern equipment and appliances. Vicky was able to help me work them properly. The shower was very nice also. The parking was a little tight and the toilet area was very cramped.

Great property, plenty of on street parking to compliment the single carport. lovely fresh, clean, comfortable home, with everything we needed, and a lovely little outdoor courtyard to relax in warmer weather. Fireplace for winter months

Cosy & lovely place to stay for a nice stay

Thank you for having us! We loved our stay. It was infant friendly, Vickey kindy provided us a cot. The place was super clean & beautifully set up. The kitchen & house had everything we needed. It is licated at walking distance to the lake and restaurants. You can feel & see that she cares about people having a good time in her place. Thanks again, Vickey!

Great place great location

We had a lovely stay in this place, we a few issues with the airconditioning but heaters were supplied for our stay instead which was great. Fun place to stay with everything we needed.
