We stayed for three nights as a family of four (two kids, 7 and 4) and it was perfect for us. Close enough to walk downtown for shopping and dining. We didn’t even need a stroller or wagon. We drove to Petoskey, Traverse City and checked out multiple beaches. We didn’t spend too much time at the condo since we’re usually out but it was enough space for us to sleep and enjoy a small breakfast. I also appreciated the umbrellas, extra beach towels and other little touches. If we’re ever back in Charlevoix, we would absolutely stay again.

Wonderful place. The place is as described online. It was very clean, close to downtown and the beach. As for the host, Evamarie, she is great! Proactive and very responsive. I am very happy about our stay. We love going to Charlevoix every summer and try fifferrbt place and this one did not disappoint. Will go back again.

This location is a amazing. I was in the area for an extended weekend and you could very easily go an entire trip without needing your car. The property itself is very cute and well maintained and decorated. The host is also very generous and I found many complimentary items waiting for me upon my arrival. The unit is super clean and perfectly located. The kitchen is fairly well stocked tho we weren’t in town long enough to cook for ourselves - there are so many great options nearby. We brought our own coffee and water but appreciated that the host had both available. Our only disappointment was the bed. It’s really hard and not at all comfortable. The addition of a couple inch foam pad would make a world of difference! Other that that the unit was great
