We loved our stay at this little A-frame in the woods! We managed to go in the off-season so it was a much needed, remote retreat for the 5 nights we stayed here. Sitting and enjoying coffee on the deck looking over the ocean and cooking a couple home made meals in the well stocked kitchen was a true delight. Would recommend to anyone looking to get away for some time.

We had a great stay at this beautiful cabin. The nearby beaches were the highlight of the trip for my kids, while my wife and I loved the well equipped cabin.
Great place to base yourself out of and very comfortable. My only issues were the steepness of the drive way off of the road which would be a problem in some vehicles and the lack of any external lights which made getting back after dark a real adventure and safety risk. The lighting was not addressed despite our letting the property manager know and was frustrating as they had a camera mounted outside but no lighting for guests.
Appreciate they clearly have the space professionally cleaned and appreciate the hotel quality linens. Kitchen very well stocked for cooking and eating. Everything we needed was there!

Very enjoyable place to stay. Great location. Kitchen was well equipped. Everything was fantastic, however, we had to unplug the air freshener due to sent sensitivities.
Stayed a couple nights with family as part of our Vancouver Island adventure and it is an amazing place. Lots of attention to details, beautiful view, nice location, well equipped house. Highly recommend.

This house, while a little old, has a ton of charm! The views are great, and it's out of town enough that you feel like you're really on vacation. There is another house near it, but we were never disturbed during our stay. The king size bed is a bit squeaky on the frame, but the queen-size one is nice and quiet. The host is fantastic and was SO easy to get in touch with, even though we got in very late, responses were immediate. I would definitely book here again!
I traveled with my two college age daughters. The cabin was perfect for us. Very quaint and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with pots/pans and everything we needed to prep meals. We spent a lot of time on the porch using the propane fireplace. The area is just amazing. We visited 4 or 5 beaches and spent a day in Victoria. Would highly recommend this spot.

Thanks so much for your lovely review so happy you enjoyed your stay,

This is a very cute and functional A-frame. Views from the main deck are amazing. 2 things keep this from getting a 5th star. There's a window in the shower without any covering, which is viewable from the driveway area (shared with another home). Second, the bed and bed frame in the main bedroom are very poor quality. We rolled in the middle of the bed and the bed frame was the loudest piece of furniture I've ever encountered. Host was good responding to coordinate arrival, but didnt answer my question once we took possession of the home.

Cozy little cabin on the hill. Was a great place for us to spend a few days hiking the lower Island. Mystic beach was fantastic. The cabin had great internet and cable package if you wanted to watch a movie. We spent most of our time by the fire table on the front deck. The only drawback was the road was right below the cabin and it was very busy/ loud during peak hours. But it was very clean and the manager met us for a nice easy check-in. Super friendly fellow- thank you.
Great little cabin with all the necessary amenities. Great views and spacious rooms.
Unit did seem to be missing a blue bin for recycling, as well as a green bin for food waste after the under sink bin needed emptying.
Also we would suggest a coffee table, or end tables for the living room., as well as larger, more visible street numbers. The hidden driveway comes up fast on the busy road!
Close to the docks, restaurants and short drives to some great beaches. We would definitely visit again.
The house was very comfortable - we made good use of the BBQ and the fire pit. Our kids loved the upstairs loft and made it into a fort. The view was gorgeous. The only disappointment was the nearby beach was pebbles/rocks and not conducive to spending a "day on the beach" - poor planning on my part.
We had a great time staying at this property. The cabin was clean and the view of the water was lovely. It was peaceful and very quiet. We spent one day exploring the beaches and driving out to Port Renfrew and another day walking in East Sooke park. There were 3 couples in our party (6 people total). The cabin is really more set up for a group of 4 with limited seating in the living area, 2 bedrooms and one washroom but we made it work for 6 at a squeeze. There was limited information provided to us prior to our stay and no "welcome binder" which would have been nice to have however, the hosts always responded quickly to any questions we had. Overall we had a great time :)
